Rooms were comfortable, breakfast was of great quality. Overall service was top notch. Would recommend the hotel to my peers and acquaintances. The geographical location of thr hotel is quiet accessible. Would be great if the timings of swimming pool access could be extended.

The room was excellent and the breakfast was exceptionally good We really enjoyed the stay with my friends . The room service was also available There is a rooftop resto bar and the food was really good The rooftop had a pool which was accessible from morning till evening

A nice hotel with a big pool even though the pool area isn’t welcoming at all (nowhere to sit, no towels etc). I’ve seen some comments on stuff in previous reviews, I’d say that they were friendly in Indian standard. Good area close to the bus station. WiFi not working.

The front desk is very disorganized. Refrigerator is not working and I’m supposed to be here for 9 days. They said they will not replace the refrigerator and won’t say why. They just tell you that it’s not working and not even an apology. They are also extremely nosy, always asking if someone is staying at the hotel. The Skybar is a joke, no one is there either the day or at night. Also, no curtain in the bathroom to separate the shower and toilet, so when you take a shower water is all over the bathroom. I spent so much time cleaning up the water and asking for more towels. I will probably leave early and check into the grand ambassador.

The hotel looks very modern, nice and AC works fine. The TV is android tv which is great because you can log on to YouTube or any other streaming services for entertainment. The sky bar here is an absolute attraction, good drinks, good food, and a beautiful view with a pool. The breakfast here was great, my favorite was appam and chicken curry, great chai and coffee. The staff treat you so well and respond very quickly to your requests. The shops are walking distance from the hotel so transport is not much of a hassle. Would definitely recommend staying here whether you’re a tourist or just revisiting the motherland with your family.

Everthing was good. Helpful and kind staff, express checkin at reception. Rooms are desinged with neccesary requirements. I suggest to improve the breakfast included with the room. Except breakfast, Arcadia is fantastic. Will visit again..

Loved my stay in Hotel Arcadia, i will stay in Arcadia when i visit Kottayam again. Skybar is awesome. Breakfast is not up to the expectations, eventhough its a buffet breakfast its not recommended. I hope the restaurant will take care of it next time. Overall a good experience.

Very helpfull and kind staff. Good service. Nice and clean accomodations. Highly recommendable hotel. ... Extremely clean room. We loved the contemporary design.Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.
