1/5 - disappointing experience with rude staff i recently had the misfortune of staying at hotel arackal inn, and i must say, the staff's behavior was absolutely unacceptable. The room service was non-existent, and when i tried to order food from swiggy, the staff refused to send the delivery person to my room. When i requested them to send the food through their room boy, i was met with a blunt and rude response: "room service is not available, come down and collect your food yourself" this attitude from the staff is appalling and completely unacceptable. The lack of basic amenities and courteous service made my stay at hotel arackal inn a disaster. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. *rating breakdown* - cleanliness: 2/5

A perfect place. Very comfortable and warm room. Plenty of electric sockets to charge my devices and work with my laptop. Great tv and really excellent hot shower, so easy to use. Friendly staff. The hotel is very central within easy reach of shops.
