We stay 1 night for family room. Near exit toll Alor setar Selatan. The hotel just nice, the room also good. The hotel just got 3rd Floor, we stay at the 2nd floor this hotel don't have a lift. Maybe not friendly for wheelchair.

What a bargain. The room is spacious. The amenities are great - iron board, hanger, fridge, water heater, soap, shampoo, toothbrush and toothpaste. Qiblat indicator also displayed. Great customer service. 5 stars

Place was easy to find. Location's good. There's spa and massage at the hotel and nearby. A pretty chic cafe right next door. Plenty of parking nearby and right infront of the hotel. Room was kinda far from lobby but a fairly good size. Unique open concept for the toilet and showering area so the room looks extra spacious. Surrounding was pretty quiet, perfect for a good night sleep.

The front desk very helpful, they insist us to register online for the membership valid for 2 years to get discount for RM10. The check in went smoothly. Ask the room nearly to the stair. The stair quite steep, may not suitable for old folks. The room small but comfortable.

Had a chance to stay at this T Hotel Tandop during my recent trip to Alor Star - Got the room at only RM 60 per night at Traveloka and had a twin bed room. The check in is simple - quick and fast - they took RM 20 for deposit and I was told my room is in Tower B (they have three tower for now). Parking is door front and is ample (at least I dont have issues getting a parking spot). The room is basic - less than 20 sqm - two beds - one desk and a hanging dresser and a small bathroom. Bathroom amenities is very limited (only one bottle for top to bottom wash). Room is clean and neat - no sign of rundown and bed is comfortable. Breakfast is simple - had nasi lemak bungkus which was yummy but is limited so go early. Overall I would say it is a good place for a night sleep - superb value for money. WIFI is also available throughout the hotel.

This is one of the oldest hotel chain in Malaysia since 1995 if not mistaken, great locations at many major cities and places in Malaysia. Staff is working hard to please guests that’s encouraging indeed. However the only let down of this hotel is the facilities and amenities are not been replaced as owners seemed not interested in refurbishment. This is very sad for me as I do enjoy to stay at Sri Malaysia hotel chain, great location, ample parking space, but the run down facilities indeed a let down. Even breakfast spread is the same over the years, such a low end budget hotel. Hope the owners of this hotel invest and reinvest if not this remarkable hotel chain will slowly wipe out from the Malaysia tourism industry map.
