GGuest UserMy family and I had the pleasure of staying at this homestay.
The accommodation itself was clean, cozy, and thoughtfully decorated that made us feel right at home. The room had everything we needed, including a comfortable dining table, bedding, hairdryer, heaters, Wi-Fi, and most importantly, excellent water pressure!
The location was ideal, with food stalls and convenient stores nearby. We also felt very safe with its security door.
The only minor point for improvement was that there were no extra keys provided for our family of six, which made it a bit challenging at times.
Overall, we highly recommend this homestay to anyone looking for a peaceful, hassle-free place to stay. It was an unforgettable experience, and we would love to return!

MMr TravellerIt is great hotel to stay nearby to the Alor Setar Airport. The rooms are comfortable and neat. Just to add more socket next to the bed then it will be perfect. Psst.. The Juwita Thaifood opposite the hotel provide delicious thaifood.

TTeds19We were on ”road trip” around Semenanjung, and somehow tried our luck with AST. To our surprise, the hotel was better than our expectation, especially at the price we paid. We end up extending day after days, and made AST as our ”camp” when we explore Kedah and Perlis :) Do note, this is a business hotel, and we find it good as lodging purpose only. Help us to rest in the night, clean up, while on day time we explore the town/state

HHD RyanOverall stay was good, in term of location, easy access restaurant and shops, room cleanliness, safety and security systems. However, area need to improve is WiFi connection not so stable during 3 days 2 night stay need to change different username and password for 2 every day. On 2nd day I can't sleep properly due to noisy from another guest room at level 4, door room was bang strongly by another guest when closed the door... The rest good.

i. Nice room with full amenities, i.e. full bathroom utensils, tea-coffee making, iron, hair dryer etc.
ii. Nice spread at buffet breakfast, though little variation throughout our 3 nights stay
iii. Staff were very responsive and seemed eager to serve
Cons:
i. Aircond in bedroom and hot water in bathroom have lives of their own. Its either too hot or too cold regardless of what you do to their controls
ii. Parking was a bit lacking, maybe because we were there over the weekend during the school holidays
iii. I had problem with the wifi every time I went out and had to sign in again with a new password when I return to the hotel, which I had to get from the front office. Please note that my wife did not have that problem 😃

Convenience, free parking, easy access, clean room, just fit me. Im such a hurry to find accomodation as last minute my husband had been assigned job at Sintok. Enjoy my night view of Alor Setar City was amazing. Will come again next time. Recommended.

GGuest UserMy stay at the hotel was just nice. While the room was clean and quiet, the water pressure was slow, which was a bit disappointing. Additionally, parking was difficult to find, which added some inconvenience to the overall experience.

MmrsamranIt's been long time I didn't write my review about my travelling activity. End of July I was staying with my husband and my toddler son.i don't mine if the hotel was old or else.however the service that the reception give so not called hotelier. The reception staff all are gentlemen,no politeness and happy to serve a guest. My room very clean and big.however the aroma when you open the room not nice.its smell so sticky. During night time there is no air conditioning.My kattle in room got problem we have report to them at reception but no action , I can't boil hot water to make my son milk.its need my husband come down at down stairs to take it by him self.the hotel staff not show that their wanted to help us. So for me even it's cheap but not worthy to stay if the staff not willing to help.
