I stayed at the Royale Signature for 2 nights and had a very poor experience. Cleanliness was poor and upon checking in to my room, I found a lot of visible dust on the furniture and worse, oily handprints on the corners of cupboards. The room had a very stale smell and almost all the pillows smelt sweaty. The wallpaper was peeling and the interiors was generally faded and in need of refurbishment. Will definitely not return again.

We stay 1 night for family room. Near exit toll Alor setar Selatan. The hotel just nice, the room also good. The hotel just got 3rd Floor, we stay at the 2nd floor this hotel don't have a lift. Maybe not friendly for wheelchair.

Convenience, free parking, easy access, clean room, just fit me. Im such a hurry to find accomodation as last minute my husband had been assigned job at Sintok. Enjoy my night view of Alor Setar City was amazing. Will come again next time. Recommended.

My family was very happy especially my kid. She really enjoy swimming pool + playground. The view / the landscapeeee iss soooooo beautiful. I will recommend this hotel to everyone! The front desk very helpful, they insist us to register online for the membership valid for 2 years to get discount for RM10. The check in went smoothly. Ask the room nearly to the stair. The stair quite steep, may not suitable for old folks. The room small but comfortable.
