The location is convenient, near the city center and airport. Guests appreciate the friendly staff, clean and well-equipped rooms, and comfortable beds. However, some mention the need for more parking space.

The hotel we stayed at offered a visually stunning design and well-thought-out interiors that immediately made us feel at ease. The room was exceptionally comfortable, providing a cozy and relaxing environment, perfect for unwinding after a long day. However, our experience at night was disrupted by unusual disturbances. We encountered loud noises, including shouting, door knocking, and even crying, which continued intermittently and significantly affected our rest. While the accommodations were impressive, the nighttime disturbances were concerning and detracted from an otherwise pleasant stay. Addressing these issues would undoubtedly elevate the guest experience to match the hotel’s remarkable design and comfort.

One of the best hotel experience in KK. Building design and decorations are simple, minimalist yet beautifully designed and soul calming. Service and amenities are excellently provided. Staff is super friendly and very helpful. The price is the best highlight for a budget hotel which provide services that rivals even other more prominent 5 star hotels. Room is clean and has adequate soundproofing. Pleasantly surprised when I was notified during check-in that my room was upgraded. My wife loved the upgraded room which is quite spacious, cosy and comfortable. Highly recommended for any hotel experience enthusiast looking for a highly rated budget hotel in KK. All the praises for Monocolo hotel team, good job!
