Sangat bersih,parking pun banyak, very classic n affordable .selesa .anak3x pun Suka .bathtub so cool

Had a disappointing stay at Shangri-La KK. The hotel was extremely noisy, the staff lacked hospitality, and the overall cleanliness and hygiene were poor. The facilities were poorly maintained, and the service fell far below expectations. Definitely not worth it. Would not recommend.

Aircond cant be controlled or even turned off . Last pic shows that I covered the aircond with a cloth to stop some airflow 🥶 . It was december when the king bedroom are still not available due to aircond problem but trip still advertised them . I got a double bed instead . Very spacious room as they are old designed . Even bath tub included .Bed and room was clean . Location walkable amenities and near town . Just the cold aircond was the downside

With own restaurant and parking lots, it's good for those who drives. Walking distance to Gaya Street.

Location - near the mini van area to go travel around Sabah so that's convenient. 7-11 right around the corner. Good restaurants within walking distance. The entire city isn't that big so nothing is really far to walk to. Taking a grab is cheap because everything is close. Room - quiet and clean. Shower had great water pressure and hot water. Air condition was great . Had to turn it down because it was so cold in the room. There were several outlets in the room to charge devices, but none next to the bed so that was inconvenient. Would stay there again.

Good hotel. Located near to the town. Easy access to foods and events around.

Overall my stay is good. Room was good is just the water is a bit light Chocolate in colour due to maintenance. Surrounding is good . Easy to find food things. Parking is good and staff are friendly.

Good hotel with great breakfast: try their local coffee! The negative: WiFi- very, very slow and AC cannot be controlled from room; at time you will be frozen but you can call the reception to bring the temperature a bit up.

The room are comfort. We have the nice experience ❤️ Thank you Shang Ri La hotel.
