bit outdated but within Walking distance to Tanjung Aru. My room have a wide view from balcony (as in photo from room 307)

Location is very good. It’s located on the walking distance from Tanjang Aru beach, which is very famous to see sunset! In this cheaper price, it was good!

the room is big n comfortmable but not well maintain. Especially the toilet door knob unable to lock. the lift a bit dirty and i think the lift weight censor got problem where it suddenly make sound.

It's always been a pleasure staying here for a short gateway to the beach. Minutes away from the city and walking distance to witness one of the mesmerizing sunsets in the world. Life is short not to enjoy all this moments

Rooms on the third floor are nicer! If you are unhappy with your room, just ask for another one...the staff is very helpful. They do have English breakfast but I did not try since I hate English breakfast! Good stay for sunsets by the beach ( within walking distance!) and closed to the airport.

Near to one of the best place to see sunset. You can just walk 7 minute to the beach. Overall good stay.
