when I arrived at the hotel, no manager was there, 15 minutes of time was spoiled by allotting the room. The room is dusty and not clean and seems the room is prepared for a long time.
tea kattle given after I asked. In the morning breakfast, stale sambhar was served with aloo paratha.
I stayed in this hotel ten years ago. now the services are degraded and very poor. I will not recommend to stay at this hotel

I had a comfortable and no hassle stay at the grand chandiram. The rooms were quite clean and also spacious. There were attendants at all points of time at the hotel, even though i came at odd hours because of work. Happy with the stay overall.

The room was good as we booked a suite room. However the service was pathetic hospitality business how can you accept basic things like water to be served after 1 hour
