Have been here, Le Amor for family dinner at least 4 times now, never stayed or shared my number. Today, I got a call from hotel staff asking for my name, location without giving any context and when I declined to share info, staff misbehaved, abused and disconnected. I felt abused. This is a pure lack of professionalism and data misuse.

Clean rooms. Value for money. Decent Breakfast. Towels need to be better. Good restaurant. Very good hotel . Scope for improvment with towels and toileteries.

It doesn't have that service which they have mentioned, also the staff were not behaving properly, they make me wait for 20 minutes at time of check-in as am already check in 3 hours late. They are not friendly, budget is much high compare to what they serve.
