The hotel is very comfortable and comfortable. The hotel was very comfortable and very comfortable. The hotel was very comfortable and very comfortable. The hotel was very comfortable and the hotel was very comfortable and the only thing that our washroom cost you to swallow the water very much, it must be a little locked and the shower was out of the door. We went in low season and we could leave the car in your private parking. Repeat 100%

We spent one week in July. The food was good and plentiful. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Our room was very big , they cleaned it everyday. To go downtown You can catch the bus in front of the hotel or by taxi rate is 10€. I recommend this hotel, especially for families.
Kipriotis Panorama Hotel & Suites

Our family stayed at Kipriotis Panorama Hotel & Suites for a week, and it was an unforgettable experience. The hotel sits on a hill, offering breathtaking views of the Aegean Sea, which we enjoyed every morning from our spacious balcony. The staff were so welcoming and made us feel at home from the start. They even arranged a surprise cake for my daughter’s birthday, which made her day extra special. The family suite was modern, comfortable, and well-maintained, giving us plenty of room to relax. The buffet restaurant had an excellent selection of food, with options for everyone, including our picky eaters. The pool area was a hit with the kids, and the lifeguard was attentive, giving us peace of mind. We also took advantage of the shuttle to the private beach, which was clean and serene, perfect for family fun. Kipriotis Panorama provided the ideal mix of relaxation and adventure.

When you first arrive at the hotel you have to draw a breath. It looks incredible. Grand, opulent, amazing water features. It really does blow you away. The room itself was excellent, size wise up there with some of the best places we have stayed. BUT did this carry through over to absolutely everything? Unfortunately not based on our experience. What makes the really good places great is the attention to detail, the small things and that’s where we felt this hotel missed the mark. Let’s start with the positives: - Aesthetically the hotel is stunning - Spotlessly clean - Snack bar great and easily accessible - Easy to get a sunbed and the pools are beautiful. - Rooms are excellent and roomy with lots of space for a family of 4. - Facilities in the room were excellent and easily rivalled other 5* resorts we have stayed at. - Pool bar staff are all excellent and doing a great job. - Animation team did a great job and worked their guts off each night. Credit to them for dealing well with the loud mouth Brit family knocking back Ouzo and beers from 9am that wanted to make themselves part of the show (These people are why we are hated so much in other parts of the world….) Now the negatives: - It’s not a 5 star resort - 3 at best in terms of service and extra touches you would expect but it has so much potential. - The hotel seems to be having an identity crisis. Is it a luxury spa hotel for adults? Is it for families? The resort itself is stunning but doesn’t seem to know what it is and as a result isn’t doing anything 100% well. - No water in room on arrival until we asked Christoss who kindly went out and sorted some for us. - A la carte restaurants are mediocre fair at best - not a cut above the main buffet experience, which it should be - and we were told that because it was complimentary we couldn’t really complain. Our Chicken was undercooked and like jelly, the wine was like drinking window cleaner. All things were raised with the restaurant in question and guest services. - Buffet is constant re-heats and a truck load of carrots in various forms. Why so many carrot dishes - menus stated that there were themed menus but never seen this ie Italian theme/ Asian theme it was all the same each night and options where minimal but you could always count on plain pasta and Bol sauce - End of season feel, with the exception of entertainment staff. We never experienced this at a different resort in Rhodes at the same time last year. - Clean the pools at the end of the day. The baby pool was sat full of all sorts of stuff and it was just left in there - The app is pointless, booked up for an a la carte meal to be told our booking had been refused. Update the app. If a time isn’t available get your apps dev team to implement a real time booking update system So that unavailable times aren’t listed. We seen numerous family’s have the same issue. - When the entertainment team get a well deserved break during the week there is nothing. Why not hire a ban
Grand Blue Beach Hotel

This is a sprawling village style resort hotel with 3 lovely pools and manicured gardens, spotless throughout and great views. HOWEVER. The food is dire. Breakfast is ok, we had snack lunch down at the Cabana pool, but dinner is a write off. Lukewarm gristle, unidentified grey meats in a congealed sauce, no vege options other than boiled pasta. I mean it’s awful. We tried the a la carte restaurant and walked out- calling stale rolls topped with soggy tomato and unidentified white crumbled cheese as bruschetta is very poor. My friend’s chicken dish was inedible - dry, hard and no taste or seasonings. Do not waste an evening at the hotel for dinner. It’ll be full of regret. BEACH Nothing like the website- do not believe the photos. We travelled with Jet2 and complained and they said that the photos on their website referred to the town beach. But the hotel’s own website depicts a sandy beach- there is a ***** of sand for a few sunbeds, but the sea is inaccessible due to rocks. You can walk 200m along to a sandy beach but can’t sit on the loungers as they belong to the hotel next door. The sea is clear and snorkelling is excellent. We walked about 10mins into Kardamena town and had lovely dinners and wine for about €20 a head. The views at breakfast are particulary stunning- we saw sunrise when going out for a day trip. The main bar with entertainment is undercover and if you smoke, you’ll be fine. If you don’t (we don’t) you’ll have to pull chairs out and sit by the pool otherwise you’ll smell like you’ve been in a pub in the 1980’s. Overall, stay at the hotel for the pools, the views, breakfast and a well laid out, beautiful, scrupulously clean, spacious resort hotel. Go into Kardamena for dinner. Don’t come if you want a beautiful beach that you can lie on- we have uploaded a photo of the hotel beach.
Atlantica Beach Resort Kos
4.2/525 Reviews
We arrived in Kos on the 23rd October for a 10 day stay. With my Daughter, her husband and two children. We arrived at the Atlantica Beach Resort, at 1pm lunch time. Reception staff welcoming, and prompt in checking us in. We were slightly confused as we had booked two rooms, usually when we stay at Atlantica Hotels we are situated close together as a family booking. Our room was situated near to the main building facing the driveway and reception. The room was clean and had a bed made up for my Grandaughter, however, we had booked a Resort sea view room patio doors and terrace. We returned to Reception and explained that this room was not what we ordered, it was dark and the terrace shaded. We were told but this room has been refurbished and is a premium room. But it did not have a sea view. They could not provide a sea view as they did not have any, we were asked to wait until the next day! We did speak to the Tui Representative, who confirmed there were no available rooms, and he would speak to us the following day. After breakfast, we went to Reception, we were told to come back after lunch whilst they tried to locate us a room. After lunch we were shown two tired rooms which were part sea view. It was obvious with the number of people in Reception waiting for rooms that the Hotel was overbooked, cleaners were trying to get rooms ready for waiting customers, who were dissatisfied. It was obvious that the Hotel was working to a 7 day and 14 day time table, booking 10 days did not fit in with this schedule. They told us they did not have a sea view room. My Husband asked for our money to be returned and that we would find another Hotel. We also mentioned how long this holiday had been booked and we had originally booked a suite, but, cancelled as they could not give us sea view only inland views. This changed the situation, they gave us a suite quite near to my Daughter with lovely sea views, at last, after 30 hours we could un-pack and begin to relax. However, within a few days it was obvious the Hotel was getting ready to close, the food was everything from the day before re-invented in another dish and sauce, mussels were on the menu, but, one night a fellow guest complained as a mountain of mussels were placed in the salad section not one of them were open! The entertainment stopped on the Tuesday night, the childrens entertainment and club finished on the Wednesday, we were not leaving until the Saturday evening. We went into Kardemena for two nights and had a fabulous meal at the Avli Restaurant. I have seen on the reviews that the guests had smoked salmon, this was never served whilst we were there. I am coeliac there was no station to accomodate gluten free guests, I asked for gluten free bread one morning, then asked which toaster I should use, the staff told me to use the general one? To conclude, the staff were amazing hard working nothing, too much trouble! The resort is beautiful, fantastic sea views, the beac
