A wonderful place to stay if you are looking for a peaceful, clean and comfortable small apartment with a great view of the well kept garden. Ta Spitakia is just a 10 min drive from Kos/beaches and a 5 min drive from the nearby supermarket. Having a car is a big plus, as riding a bike everywhere is maybe too long (and way too hot). The small kitchen is equipped with everything you need. The bed is nice, there are enough pillows and you are given fresh sheets every day (and fresh towels most days as well). The ground keeper is really nice, helpful and friendly and keeps the place well kept! The best part of this apartment is definitely the outside area. There is a generous space between each house and each terrace is secluded by either trees or a screen while still maintaining a nice view of the olive grove and grass. You feel as if you have the garden all to yourself. We thought we would miss a pool, but we didn’t at all! The wind and ample shade provide plenty of coolness. It really is a nice secluded area away from all the busy tourism of Kos. Highly recommend!

I was unable to get taxi service to respond. If I did not know someone in the area I would have been stuck at the hotel. It is not within walking distance to stores or restaurants.
It took several hours to get a response from staff and I was never able to access laundry.
It was very relaxing, quiet and clean. The property was beautiful.

Perfecte plek voor relaxen en privacy
Heerlijke plek, super rustig, groots en ruim opgezet. Heerlijk grote Thuin en erg mooie huisjes.
Vlak bij de zee en Rhodos centrum met de auto op 8 min afstand.

Ήταν όλα πραγματικά τέλεια καθαρό δωμάτιο μεγάλοι χώροι εξαιρετική θέα το μονο που μας ενοχλήσει κατά της άφιξη μας προσπαθούσαμε να μιλήσουμε με τον οικοδεσπότη για τις οδηγίες από που θα πάρουμε τα κλειδιά και πως ανοίγουν οι πόρτες οι οποίες δεν άνοιξαν περιμένοντας έξω 10 λεπτά να έρθει καποιος να μας ανοίξει

Stayed in the two person "white studio". Spacious, clean, well equiped with a kitchen, large fridge, airconditioning, own wifi (which had good reception, also in the garden). Large private patio with a swinging chair. Daily cleaning and fresh towels and bed linen. Very kind cleaner/ grounds manager who brought us fresh figs from the garden. Private parking behind an automatic gate, which is remote controlled (remote attached to the keys of the studio). Restaurants and supermarket indeed not within walking distance, but this is no problem at all when you have a car. You'll love the peace and quiet and beautifully maintained garden you'll get in return!

L' accueil est passable mais on ne vous renseigne pas grand chose sur le fonctionnement de la villa et des services...Par exemple vous voulez rentrer le soir pour ouvrir le portail , il faut un code !...Le ménage laisse à désirer, le pauvre concierge doit tout effectuer , les serviettes ne sont remplacées que tous les 3 jours, on n' a pas le droit de jeter du papier toilette dans la cuvette sinon la canalisation se bouche... Mais ce qui nous énerver le plus c' est le comportement de la responsable des villas, à partir du moment ou vous avez réglé plus aucune nouvelle alors qu' avant aux petits soins., méfiez vous si vous prenez des services proposés car elle n' est pas très dispo à vous aider si vous avez un litige avec un soi disant partenaire de location de vélos par exemple. L' endroit est magnifique mais à 3 km du centre ville et les supermarchés ne sont pas trop près.non plus...Si vous louez des vélos, dangereux de circuler à la tombée de la nuit car les routes qui mènent à la villa sont très sombres, étroitesse peu fréquentés!
