From food poisioning to dried blood on bedding through to old broken and desperate furnishings. It really is misleading potential holiday makers. Even the "entertainment" is a huge let down for families. Avoid and go somewhere else. Shame on Love holidays for continuing selling this location. They dont even believe the photos I sent in

Avoid Kipriotis Village Resort – A Disappointing Experience Our family stayed at Kipriotis Village Resort in Greece this past July, and it was an awful experience from start to finish. This hotel should not be advertised by Jet2, as it is nowhere near the standard expected for a family holiday. First and foremost, safety was a major issue. The pool areas were poorly maintained, and our children slipped multiple times, resulting in cuts and bruises. To make matters worse, one of the pools had to be closed due to a hygiene issue (a fecal incident), which was incredibly off-putting. The rooms were dirty, outdated, and in desperate need of refurbishment. The furniture was worn, the bathrooms were grimy, and overall, it felt like the hotel had been neglected for years. Housekeeping was subpar, with little effort to keep the rooms clean during our stay. The food was equally disappointing—bland, repetitive, and of poor quality. Even the kids struggled to find something edible, and we ended up eating out more than we had planned just to avoid the dining options on-site. The entire hotel feels tired and in need of a serious overhaul. What was supposed to be a relaxing family holiday turned into a frustrating and unpleasant experience. I would strongly advise anyone considering Kipriotis Village Resort to look elsewhere—Jet2 should seriously reconsider offering this hotel on their website.

Καθαρά σεντόνια και το δωμάτιο μύριζε σαν καθαρό πλυντήριο γενικά. Τα μπαλκόνια είναι τεράστια. Δεν υπάρχουν πολλά κουνούπια και το παράθυρο είναι εξοπλισμένο με δίχτυα. Η τηλεόραση έχει πολλά κανάλια για μια νύχτα. Το τηλεφωνικό σήμα είναι πολύ κακό και το Διαδίκτυο δεν μπορεί να χρησιμοποιηθεί στα δωμάτια. Πρέπει να πάτε πιο κοντά στο κεντρικό κτίριο. Υπάρχει ένα τραπέζι πινγκ πονγκ και μια αίθουσα παιχνιδιών που ήταν σε καλή κατάσταση και το τραπέζι του πινγκ πονγκ χρησιμοποιούταν πάντα. Η παραλία είναι προσβάσιμη από το ξενοδοχείο και ένας ήσυχος δρόμος για να διασχίσετε. Οι πισίνες ήταν απολύτως τεράστιες, συμπεριλαμβανομένης της Ολυμπιακής πισίνας. Υπάρχει το μπαρ με ζυμαρικά που είναι καλό, αλλά το μπαρ με γύρο κυριολεκτικά θα είχε κάνει αυτό το 5 αστέρι 🌟 αν ο τύπος που δούλευε εκεί δεν ήταν αγενής όλη την ώρα Επίσης, το προσωπικό θα κλέψει τις πετσέτες σας και θα τις βάλει σε ένα τεράστιο σωρό στο γραφείο αν προσπαθήσετε να κλείσετε ένα κρεβάτι. ΔΕΝ ΤΑ ΑΦΗΝΕΙΣ ΑΠΕΡΙΕΧΟΜΕΝΑ ΔΙΣΤΑΤΟΥΝ ΝΑ ΤΑ ΕΠΙΣΤΡΕΨΟΥΝ!!! Υπάρχουν πολλά να κάνετε γύρω από το ξενοδοχείο και πραγματικά φθηνά γρήγορα ταξί για την εκπληκτική εκπληκτική πόλη της Κω, ωστόσο οι γραμμές ταξί επιστροφής χρειάζονται ώρες.

This hotel is sold by ******* as a 5 star even though the hotel claim it's a 4 star. It was quite possibly the dirtiest most run down shabby hotel I've ever stayed in.
The pools had algae all around the edge, most of the slides were closed and looked to be in a state of disrepair.
Room cleaners, came in dail but only folded the wet towels that we had left to air and made the bed. Nothing more.
Staff were lazy and unpleasant, not even bothering to put cutlery on tables then rudely asking "what do you want?" When you look for some.
Food was the same every day, basic incorrectly cooked tasteless food. Had chicken that was raw in the middle on 2 occasions. When you mention it to staff they shrug and blame someone else.
Reception staff were so rude, unapologetic and unfriendly. Even asking a simple question in a polite manner got you a short sharp grunt of a response.
The hotel will not provide water, other than the single bottle in the room on arrival. When you ask for more you are sent to closed bars to buy more, or told to go to the shop - whose credit card machine never works!!
Alcoholic drinks were so watered down there was barely any alcoholic content in them. "Cocktails" were just premade sugary rubbish.
Overall a disgusting cesspit of a hotel. You couldn't pay me enough to go back.
There are far better 2 star hotels out there!

I liked leaving the property.
Too many dislikes to mention Property poorly maintained, unclean with mould in the rooms, cobwebs, & cockroaches. Cleaners will try ONCE to enter rooms - if inconvenient, they will not come back. They only provide clean towels & make beds. No evidence of floor clean, etc.
Saw a cook spitting on restaurant floor. Complaints ignored, staff are rude & don't resolve issues. Lots of shoulder shrugging meaning "So what". Different all-inc rules in different areas, long queues just to get a drink. Water chargeable, aircon chargeable, private beach loungers chargeable. The cockroaches are free!
Food awful - couldn't even make a Greek salad right. Staff tell lies. Manager never present & refuses to speak with guests. Pools dirty/murky, unmaintained. Only entertainment staff are pleasant. Entire premise of this resort is to make getting food/drinks as difficult as possible and for guests to pay additional amounts for everything. Payable drinks - only some prices listed, others made up on the spot. One bar might give you a free coffee, another may charge and there is no overlap in times so that you are stuck with having to move around the property to the ones which are open at the time you need them, rather than having a choice.
Hotel charge 15 euro per room for a taxi to the old town. You'll wait up to an hour for it only to find it's a shuttle that has other passengers and stops at other hotels. Call a local taxi, 10 mins to town - cost 10 euros!

Worse stay I’ve had in decades. The good was breakfast buffet. That’s it.
There were ants, roaches, and geckos in my room as well as lots of mold. The water pressure was non-existent. The food was horrible, when you can’t eat the pizza, you can only imagine how bad all the other food was. The tennis courts were destroyed and the equipment rackets we rented didn’t have grips. The worse of all was the bed, its was hard as sleeping on the floor. At the end, I had to leave a day early, after all the complaints, and they didn’t take care on the final nights payment.
Please read this before you stay there, please reconsider because it was the worse place I’ve stayed in and travel for a living.

Please don't waste you hard earned money on taking your family to this hotel. Jet2 shouldn't even be selling this hotel in their holiday packages, it's shocking. Everything was closed in October half term, we booked knowing it was end of season and expected some limited availability however the place had pretty much shut down, this affected every aspect of the stay including staffing, food and drinks, pool areas, kids areas even hot water! we had to complain every day and nothing was done, I complained twice to the Jet 2 reps, on one day actually breaking down in tears as we had no hot water for the third time of our holiday and the hotel wouldn't help us. The Jet2 reps had people queuing up to complain about the problems and yet still the hotel did nothing about all of the issues. I can not even begin to imagine how this hotel copes with full capacity in the Summer months. After a letter of complaint directly to the hotel and a formal complaint to Jet2, I am yet to hear anything from either of them.

I absolutely do not recommend this hotel for this price. Dirty, everywhere DIRT. Toilets. The main restaurant is dirty again, food remains everywhere. Service zero commitment. Cheated alcohol. WIFI in the rooms weak range, constantly dropped connection.
