Sent for a night to Blue Lagoon by Jet 2 after an over night delayed flight. Welcome at reception very friendly and organised, despite being 4am and organised at no notice. Room spotlessly clean, comfortable bed. Much more so than the bed in the previous 5 * luxury hotel! Staff excellent, again more friendly and professional than the staff in the previous hotel by a mile. Pool nice and warm. Breakfast and lunch at the snack bar were great. Exactly what we needed and made a really stressful and inconvenient time much more pleasant. Particular shout out to the pool snack bar staff on duty on Monday. They were so helpful and friendly.

Fantastisch hotel. Wij hadden een kamer aan de straatkant, waar erg veel verkeer door reed. Wel door de ligging zeezicht, maar als je op het balkon zit, ervaar je verkeerslawaai. Zwembad ongezellig en geen noemenswaardige beplanting. Uitzicht in het zwembad op achterkant huizen, airco’s, wasgoed enz.. Eten is prima. Veel keus en het personeel zeer vriendelijk, zowel aan de receptie en het restaurant. Hulde aan Michael en vrouwelijke collega die bij de bar van het zwembad werken. Altijd in voor een praatje en zeer vriendelijk. Eten in deze bar is echt aan te raden. Wij aten (en bestelden) voor 18.00 uur, zodat je nog kan kiezen uit de uitgebreide lunchkaart. Heerlijk genoten. Ook van de prachtige ruime kamer met apart toilet en aparte inloopdouche. Kamer wordt super schoongemaakt en om de dag schone lakens! Al met al, is dit hotel een echte aanrader!
