Zeus Hotel

The best hotel in kefalos and the best family looking after us, rooms are spacious and well equipped with everything we needed. Breakfast is continental but you can pay for a fry up, Plenty of loungers around the pool and a bit of music during the day, you can buy lunch at the pool bar, plenty of choice, if you don't want to go out at night they will order it in for you. Always a great atmosphere around the bar at night, anything you need then just ask Manos, Nikolas and the wonderful most uncreepy KOSTAS are absolutely brilliant behind the bar and a great laugh. Would definitely recommend this fantastic hotel and we'll be back next year 😀

Currently staying in the Zeus .The entire hotel is spotless , rooms have lovely thick mattresses, several different pillows types, air conditioning and safety deposit box and fridge. Rooms tastefully decorated . Only let down was the bathroom taps, a bit corroded and temperamental. The continental breakfast is substantial with plenty of choice, there is also the option to buy a cooked breakfast. The pool area is beautiful plenty of very comfy sun loungers and an excellent no reserving policy. There is a fabulous supermarket ..Jims just across the main road and if it's not in there you don't need it. However the thing that makes Zeus for me is the Staff. Every one of them go out of their way to ensure your stay is perfect. This is my first time but definatey not my last. Only down side, it states 24 hr reception but it's really hit ad miss during the day, evenings are fine though.

Do you like music? I mean, most people do right? You’ll be one surely. Hey, I love music, utterly adore it. Or rather, I did before spending time here. The music is incessant. From the moment you get up to the point you go to bed, you will be subjected to the same bloody tunes on a loop, blasted so it doesn’t matter where you might be in reception - at the bar, by the outdoor bar, by the pool… walking down the road 100s of metres away, you’d better accept that you will hear it. Now, that might be right up your street. Kudos if it is, you’ll absolutely love this place, though I know without meeting you that you’ll hate the breakfast and will grumble that your lack of a full English is some form of EU revenge at us taking back control… I digress. If you want a quieter time, this is not the place for you. It was a shame, as pretty much everything else was fine. The pool area is nice, breakfast is very basic but did the job, staff are very friendly. But when you land in Kefalos you soon realise it’s not Ayia Napa or Faliraki, so why this place wants to pump out tunes as if it’s some boomer version of an 18-30s place I know not. And whilst pretty much everything else was fine, honourable exception goes to the pillows. If you hate the feel of feathers or memory foam but love the feel of brick or concrete, look no further than these bad boys! Hey, if you hate the music like we did you can always use one to smash a speaker to smithereens…

The Zeus is a very well run family hotel. Rooms are basic but very clean. Note - air con is an extra, but needed in the summer! The pool is a great size, the pool area is well maintained. The bar has a really happy vibe. Breakfast is a basic buffet, but was all we needed. Cooked breakfasts available at an extra cost. The beach is a 10 minute walk away - just perfect. This was our 1st visit - looking forward to returning!

We both at short notice but from the moment we arrived till the moment we left we were made to feel like friends, Nicklas Manos and their family know how to treat you. The hotel is clean, modern, great pool, plenty of sunbeds, decent food and within walking distance to many restaurants. Nikolas even drove us upto the village, took us to a great restaurant who then gave us a lift back. Highly recommended this hotel.

Nikolas the best thing to happen to KOS! The subject of our evening bar discussions and many a laugh, but jokes aside this place is an amazing family run hotel with a great atmosphere
