This hotel is absolutely amazing the staff can’t do enough for you and the breakfast is also amazing I can’t recommend this hotel enough. It so well kept and clean and the reception team are so friendly and always happy to help

This is a lovely small hotel on the outskirts of Kos Town. Rooms. These are spread across 4 blocks of two floors, very good layout and kept very clean by the housemaids. We had a ground floor room in block 3 and its position kept it shaded throughout the day so always cool to go back to. A good size terrace, shaded and with very comfy chairs facing into a quiet and secluded garden. We noticed the ground floor rooms had better chairs than the 1st floor rooms. Plenty of plug sockets including usb chargers. Food. We only had breakfast, very good standard and was always quiet when we went at 8.30 so no queuing etc. Pool. Just superb. The hotel has a no reservation policy before 10.00am but there are always sunbeds available anytime of day so don’t stress about this. And they are the most comfy sun beds ever. Location. It is in a quiet rural area, all the noise you hear will be goats and cockerals all through the day! It is about a steady 10-15 min walk to the harbour and a few minutes more to the Old Town. The walk is flat, well lit and mainly through residential areas with restaurants. We walked it twice per day both ways for lunch and evening out, very safe and always other people on the route. Restaurants. Loads to choose from catering for all tastes, our recommendations are: Mesogios - traditional Greek Elias - lovely rear garden, Mediterranean fare Ottomezze - Italian Opa - superb fish restaurant Petrino - best of the lot, very good quality food a must visit In our opinion this hotel would be better suited as an Adults Only though, it is very quiet, the pool is not big and there are no activities at all for children, we heard a few teens saying they were bored. Thankyou for an amazing 2 weeks.

Great concept great hotel and staff was happy to work here nothing too much trouble (owner eats here every lunch) 44 rooms so not so big and no fighting for sun beds always some available a big shout out to Theodora on reception always shares a big smile

Currently here for our 3rd year running. This hotel is simply exquisite. The staff are extremely attentive and very obliging. The hotel is beautifully maintained. Breakfast is absolutely delicious, with plenty of choice. You won't be dissapointed. Currently staying in family room 405. Bed very comfy. Never a need to rush for those comfy sunbeds!

The hotel was fabolous, we stayed there two years previouly and will return again, from the moment you arrive to the momnet you arrive until you leave the stay are wonderful catering for your every needs and really making you feelat home by being so friendly. The cleanliness unbelievelable and the food is delicious.
