Bouradanis Village Hotel

We stayed for 1 week from 4- 11 july (room 103) and it was the most peaceiul and relaxing holiday we have had. the family are very friendly , helpful and welcoming and Mama Clarey cooks amazing dinners. Beds very comfortable Yes you pay extra 7 euros per night for aircon but it is definitely worth it. the temps was 31 to 35 degrees when we went , so very pleased to have aircon :-) We had a free upgrade to a friends room which was spacious and had a fridge that was big enough to keep milk and 1.5 litre water bottles in . Lovely balcony with table 3 chairs and an airier with pegs to dry swimwear etc. There are outside shutters on the windows and patio doors that you can choose to open or close . Plenty of sunbeds and some sun chairs with foot rest which were also comfortable You DO NOT need to reserve sunbeds with towels , there is enough for all , this was a great bonus and made it even more relaxing . Lovely pool and relaxing area around the pool. Shop and beach near by and also salt lakes The hotel and surrounding area is so peaceful and quiet , we totally chilled out. 10 minute walk to local bus stop outside the Go Kart place , only 2euro 30cents for trip into Kos , busses can run about 10 minutes after stated time sometimes, so dont worry if not arriving at stated time, but always leave on time leaving Kos . Where do I start. What a lovely place. We had the most wonderful 10 days with Mama Clairy and her family. The food was outstanding, the rooms were very comfortable, the hotel is situated in a very peaceful area, with an easy walk to the beach. There was no issue with sunbeds and the family couldn't have done more to make you feel welcome. If your looking for a peaceful, relaxing holiday, while sampling the best of home cooked greek food, you will not be disappointed.

The food and service were excellent. Very friendly and accommodating. Would definitely stay again. Sad to leave thank you to mammaClairey and family.

We arrived at midnight to a friendly greeting and some pizza and salad which mama clairy had left for us. Mama clairy is the best cook ever. Her food is traditional Greek food and the produce is sourced locally. It is cooked fresh every day "made with love" and it is absolutely amazing. Breakfast is buffet style with cold meats, cheeses, cereals, fresh eggs, fresh bread, locally made yoghurt and all the preserves are made by Mama clairy. The hotel is family run and is lovely and quiet. There is a super beach about 10 to 15 minute walk away with 2 shops nearby. Two sunbeds and a parasol at the beach cost €10 for the day. We had a junior suite which was large and had a small fridge which was very handy and we had a lovely balcony with excellent views. The hotel has a fabulous clear pool with plenty of sun loungers. There's a salt lake nearby with an array of birdlife and a riding school where you can ride the horses. When we left, the staff all came to see us off which shows how friendly they are. So, a fabulous hotel in a peaceful location, the best staff and excellent traditional food. What more could we want? Thank you.

What an amazing experience my wife is gluten free and mama really looked after her it is a family run hotel the food is amazing no menu just served different meal daily you feel like one of the family little bit out of the way 5 mins to bus stop clean friendly great value loads of sunbeds really relaxing stay will definitely visit again we have stayed in some nice hotels and this in my opinion is up there with them

Peaceful and friendly hotel. Lovely pool with plenty of sun loungers. Always space at any time of day. Good restaurant and bar. Plenty of choice and good prices. The homemade traditional dinners were absolutely delicious. Mamma Clairy can really cook. Little buffet of salads on the side every night as well. The room was large, clean and very comfortable. Lovely balcony with chairs, table and useful clothes horse. The bathroom lets the room down as it's in need of a refurb and it's very small. But it served us well and the shower was great. The main downsides to this hotel is it's a long walk from restaurants and the village. The beach is about 15min walk away and there are two mini markets on the way. Also, we didn't like the breakfast. The only fruit they had was watermelon which I hate. Plus, no pastries or hot food. By the end of the holiday I didn't bother with breakfast at all. Also, you need to bring your own towel. There is no hairdryer or iron. Plus air con and a safe are charged extra.
