Grecotel Casa Paradiso

We stayed at the hotel in July 2025, in a Casa bungalow. All the staff were great—the receptionists, housekeeping, lifeguards, restaurant staff—everyone was friendly, smiling, and helpful. I would especially like to mention our waiters in the restaurant (Miss Kennel Jane, Miss Christina and Mr. Nikos) – the children loved them, as well as the lifeguards – they were always smiling and watched over the slides all day long to make sure the children were safe. The accommodation was newly renovated, everything was clean, cleaning took place daily, and the cleaning lady was very nice. We didn't have any ants, but be careful - just leave cookie crumbs on the floor around the trash can and they will appear immediately. It happened to us once, but we quickly fixed it and then it was fine, plus it was our fault. What we really liked was the hotel's concept of growing its own vegetables. Finally, someone who not only talks about sustainability but also implements it. The view from the room to the gardens was beautiful anyway, but this took it to another level. The beach is beautiful, we appreciated the showers both on the beach and at the entrance to it, the sea was beautifully clean and warm, and to my delight, the water in the pools was also warm - my younger son can't swim yet, so I had to go everywhere with him (the minimum depth in the pool is 110 cm, except for the children's pool, where it is 60 cm) . A nice touch was the watermelon served every afternoon by waiters among the guests right by the pools :-) My only minor complaint would be about the food selection at the restaurant, where I personally missed having a wider selection of fish and seafood, and the children would have appreciated a wider selection of breakfast cereals. However, we always ate well, and the children's section was particularly popular with us. The self-service refrigerator with bottles of wine was great, allowing each guest to choose according to their preferences. What other reviews here mention, and we can confirm, is the constant queue for pancakes by the beach pool – we eventually gave up and didn't even try them. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would love to come back sometime.

Beautiful hotel, grounds are immaculate and it was great to see home grown produce used within the restaurant. Food was nice and plentiful, if something ran out it was replaced within seconds. Staff within the restaurant were all pleasant and very hard working. Housing keeping fab! All staff were friendly from front or house who greeted us after a long day travelling to Oni at the pool bar. Massive thanks to Fahran, apologies about the spelling, who made the effort to make my daughters smile every day at the crepe area. The lifeguards were the happiest people I seen; forever smiling which was infectious. My only criticism would be the booking for the Al A Carte; we tried three times and every time we were told that there were no spaces, perhaps we were unlucky but this process may need revamped of attending at 8.30 to book, maybe an online option could also be good. Overall a very enjoyable time at the hotel

One word: fabulous! This property is absolutely beautiful. It is set on a stunning coastline, the staff, the service, the food - everything is fantastic. The food choice is huge, we did not struggle for anything to eat the entire week we were there for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Were there some things at the buffet I wouldn’t personally eat? Sure.. but there was always something. Remember the hotel are catering for a number of different nationalities and they do it well. My son loved the kids station at the buffet and ate his body weight in spaghetti bolognaise the entire time. There is a a la carte restaurant but to be honest the food was that nice from the buffet I forgot to even use it, so I cannot comment on that! Most days we had lunch at the pool bar instead of the main restaurant, they serve street food and cocktails which we found more than adequate for lunch. You can help yourself to beer, soft drinks and bottles of wine from the fridge during meals which is a nice touch. The cocktails are freshly made and very tasty, sometimes there is a little queue but the guys behind the bar (shout out Manolis.. he made the best cocktails!!) work very quickly and you are never waiting long. The list of cocktails is very extensive. There are 2 pools, one down near the beach with the water slides and the pool bar and another pool at the top of the complex with plush sun loungers and a small kids pool. We used both pools whilst we were there, they are clean and do not feel crowded, the lifeguards are there everyday and are very attentive and playfully interact with the children which is lovely to see, my son liked Kostas who was incredibly friendly, often playing ball with them. The rooms are of ample size with nice big balconies/terraces, powerful showers and comfortable beds which are made up by housekeeping daily. The beach is soft golden sand, with a gently sloping warm sea. It is well tended to and the loungers and parasols are free for hotel guests to use. One of my favourite things about this hotel is the grounds. Instead of large flower beds, they grow fruit and vegetables on site and I don’t mean a few, we saw watermelons, peaches, pears, tomatoes, green beans, peppers, kale, bananas, potatoes, herbs, pomegranates, cucumbers the list goes one. They serve this veg in the restaurant which I think is brilliant, very sustainable and very very fresh. There are staff tending to the fruit and vegetables daily, and we saw one day the kids at the kids club helping them to pick the watermelons which was lovely. We will definitely be returning! Thank you to all of the staff at the hotel, we had a perfect stay and cannot wait to come back.

Two families for a week. The resort is beautifully maintained . Fruit and vegetables growing throughout cared for by hardworking and friendly Gardners. Expect to see the produce at dinner or lunch. Buffets were good. High quality food and lots of variety. Plenty of options and variety. Housekeeping is excellent and the resort is formally blessed by its incredible staff team. I had wanted to try this company for a while mainly as the accommodation is so family friendly. Including for teenagers. The resort is about 300 rooms in total and at times it was really quiet. Even when it was busy spaces could be found by the pool. No need at all for a 7am towel lay out. The beach is really close. You can enter the sea avoiding the stony bits you just need to work out where. Aqua zumba /gym and boules were lots of fun Thank you Recommend the bus to Kos. Cash needed but it’s twenty five minutes in a decent coach You can book boat trips directly or just see some of the historic town We had an issue with our room which was quickly and easily resolved. Thankfully The a la carte restaurant is worth booking into the street food snack bar is popular and can be very busy A few small improvements could be welcome. The water bottle in the room to be refilled is not great when the maids take away the bottles or gets tricky Shade round the pool can be really limited. I have no idea how you fix that but it’s a thing The evening entertainment is not great. Sadly we missed the Greek night as we arrived that night and left the following Thursday If you are wondering if this resort is worth the premium I would say yes. The staff are this hotels USP. We are just leaving this hotel after a weeks stay and it is the best all inclusive we have ever stayed in. We did not have any ants in our room. We had a problem with the ac which was resolved within 30 minutes of us reporting it at 10pm at night. The staff were helpful and quick to respond. There were some queues for crepes but only a few minutes and they were worth the wait. The chose of food was good and varied. My son is autistic and was happy every day and we all thought the food was of good quality. The rooms, grounds and pools wre immaculate. We were able to get sunbeds on the beach every morning and by the pool every afternoon. I cannot recommend this early enough.
