This a fabulous family hotel that caters for all ages. We had four children in our party under ten and they were fully entertained during the day both in and out of the pool, with a range of activities including football/soft play area/chess/numerous games etc. All of the staff are extremely friendly and helpful, a big shout out to the lifeguard he made the pool area fun for all ages whilst making sure all of the kids were safe in both the big and smaller pool for the younger children. Plenty of sun beds throughout the day available. We had junior suites and there was plenty of room for four and were spotless at all times. We were self catering however ate both breakfast and lunch during our stay, good range/quality food and reasonably priced. Great location within a 10-15 minute walk to the marina/centre where there is a good range of bars/restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely return again!

We've just come back from a week at the Peredis and we must say the resort was excellent! It's not in the most scenic area and we had a road view so I was not instantly enamoured when we arrived at night - however the place very quickly won me over. What gives this resort the wow factor is the staff. It is rare to find a holiday destination where we feel so valued and the staff are so warm and authentic. Peter at the bar was absolutely brilliant - he is very experienced in his field and makes you feel like a friend. He really made the holiday special for us. Cristina and Angelos were also great for banter. All the staff were very efficient and effective and another particular mention needs to go to the lifeguards Panos and Yiannis. Yiannis takes great care to look out for all the children and comes up with genuis ways of assessing their swimming ability (such as a swimming competition for all the children). He merges the safety monitoring with play by one minute watching the safety and the next minute being in the pool with the kids miaowing. The set up of the resort is also great - it's compact enough that my children (4 and 7) could navigate it easily and enjoy some independence safely. The children's pool is brilliantly designed with a water slide and a significant shallow end so my daughter could safely play independently. We never struggled to find sun beds and we are not early risers. It was also great being able to order drinks and food to the sun beds. We really enjoyed the themed nights - dance and greek night but sadly missed the Tuesday night rock as we arrived late then had to fly back the following Tuesday evening. Once point for improvement could be to spread the entertainment out so it isn't all on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday and then nothing for the rest of the week. A lot of people generally walk out for dinner though as it is close to Kos Town then they come to the bar afterwards for a drink. There's also a playground, giant chess and mini softplay on site so it really was great for the kids and they could play on these whilst we had a drink. The kids club was very informal - it was run by a lady called Evvie who my daughter loved to sit and do colouring with. It was an extra bonus that my daughter could drop in there and hang out in the mornings when she fancied it. We stayed in a two bedroom apartment and it had great privacy and a significant balcony space. We also weren't bothered at all by any bugs which is rare for a hot holiday destination. Overall - this resort really captured a lot of holiday magic for us and we couldn't help but feel relaxed and happy there. The warm and authentic staff are the jewels in the Peredis crown - please give them all bonuses. Thanks again Peredis!

We have just returned from a weeks stay as a family. We had two seperate apartments one was in a completely different block across a road but we knew this prior to arrival. Apartments were clean well equipped and comfortable beds etc, we booked direct so had air con, safety box and pool towels included. The pool areas are lovely, huge pool very clean and lovely beds etc, people did reserve beds early and we saw 5 beds with towels on and no one sat on them until 1pm which is not acceptable. You need to be down between 7.30/8am to get a bed. Kids joined in the activities water polo etc. it’s fairly quiet on a night, they had entertainment on a few nights but it wasn’t that busy but maybe this is because it’s the start of the school holidays. Breakfast was ok good selection but the hot food was not that warm as it’s been sat out for a while, food to order was reasonably priced and okay. Drinks were on par with Kos Town prices. I have to say though although it’s a lovely hotel it is not 5 star, I’d say 3 plus/ 4 at the most. It’s my 3rd time in Kos Town and it’s a fantastic resort. It’s huge a lovely 15 mins stroll to the main town. Do not eat at the restaurants in the main town the food is not great, fast food, and they just try to get as many people in as possible. The restaurants out of main town are much nicer, mood and food, Koako and Elia in the old town are all lovely. We did a glass bottom boat trip which was good value and only 2.5 hours not too crowded like some and also water sports which were great. Over all a good stay it did cost us £5000 with flights, transfers and two separate rooms which was expensive before spending money so wasn’t a cheap holiday for 5 of us, but we wanted two seperate rooms I think one apartment would have been cheaper. Overall a great hotel I would definitely recommend.

A nice stay where the staff go above and beyond. However, I wouldn't be having this as a 5-star hotel. I'll go through each part of our stay. Check-In This was nice and easy and the man in reception went through everything quickly and as we were the only ones checking in at the time, walked us directly to our room. This was outside the reception and over across a busy main road. Room As mentioned, we had to cross the a road out of Reception and then across a further busy road across to our building. What I hadn't been aware of was the complex is spread across five different buildings, so by the time we got into our room, we felt detached from the rest of the hotel. At around 2am after a busy day travelling, it wasn't the welcome I was hoping for and I did feel down at this point. The room itself is fine, but a little basic? We walked in and there were bunk beds in the main 'living' area, along with the usual kitchen appliances and a bedroom with two single beds. We ended up buying further coat hangers from a local shop as for a very large sliding wardrobe, there was about 5 hangers. The wraparound balcony is very large, however, it overlooks a main road and there are cars, buses, lorries and scooters going along pretty much 24 hours a day. So it can be difficult getting either an early night or a lie-in due to the outside noise. The cleaning of the rooms is done daily and to an excellent standard. Pool/Bar Area For us, there is a busy road to overcome which meant it's not quite as easy to simply nip back to the room as and when you needed to. As for the "no reserving sunbeds" rule, this clearly isn't acted on. I was going to the pool area around 7:30am-8am each day and even by then, about 80% of the sunbeds, if not more, had towels on them with nobody on them. The pools itself are really good and spacious and the slides in the pool are very good for young children. There are activities on around the pool most days, with Panos in particular very good at getting involved in water polo, crazy golf, ping pong etc. The other lifeguard (Ianis?) is excellent at interacting with everyone too. Good idea with the QR codes around the pool so you order food/drinks to your sunlounger. €5 for a large beer is fine, considering what you're paying elsewhere, though somewhat disappointing to be charged €3 for a "Sprite", which turned out to be poured straight from a Lidl-branded lemonade 2l bottle! Breakfast We stayed on a B&B basis so went to the breakfast buffet each morning. A lovely and varied selection so no complaints on this. While we didn't have lunch or dinner at any point, we did see others too and the food did look impressive. Nearby There are plenty of shops and supermarkets nearby for any and all essentials. We didn't stay in the hotel at night, so can't comment on the theme nights held. It's around a 5-min walk to the harbour and 15-mins to Kos town itself. The restaurants along the front at the hotel/Harbour end were fantastic and gave

Spotlessly clean hotel, with helpful and friendly staff. We had a room with a bedroom for two adults and teens were in the lounge area. It was spacious with air conditioning in lounge and bedroom. We had all we needed in the kitchette. Tea and coffee provided and mini cookies for kids, really nice touch. We ate lunch in resort and again, staff were attentive and the food was great. Pool area spacious and plenty of beds. 15 mins walk to Port and old town. Would love to have stayed for longer but hopefully we will return in the future.

We had a wonderful time at Peridis Family Resort. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and very family-friendly. The rooms are big and well-equipped. The pool area is great, very spacious and clean. There are plenty of sunbeds. All staff were very helpful and friendly. Everyone made us feel welcome. The location is also great, it takes around 15 minutes to walk to the beach/town/harbour. We would definitely return back 😊
