Everything was perfect. All staff delivered the best to make sure that we are getting the best service.

Went here with my family in July. Ots location is very good to reach Koz. Its a lovely cycle and takes around 15 minutes or so. Its easy to rent a bike in the ohtel grounds outside the hotel entrance. The man running the rentals for the bikes, e bikes and quads is very good and his service was brilliant. The hotel itself is nice. We booked a room with a pool and a seaview. It was lovely in the afternoon to relax in and we slept well throughout our visit in this comfortable room. The food and drink was available although the buffets were a bit repetitive and the quality wasnt fantastic. For the other restaurants, again yhe quality was OK but not 5 star. The drink menu and mocktail list wasnt 5 star either although the bar staff were nice. Entertainment was mixed. We loved the Shaggy, Bob Marley and Tina Turner tribute as well as the girls from Capetown and of course the disco on the beach. Taxi service was more expensive than the ones in town. We took a trip to the waterpark which was around 30 minutes and great fun. Loved the beach bar, and the creperie. Tasty and quick food always available. The only annoying aspect of our stay was the final day where we had paid 40 euro for a late checkout. We received a phonecall on the day asking is to leave and they would give us back the money. They told us they needed the room. We had to refuse, as we were booked on late flight. They kept asking and this left us with a sour taste. We had to hang up, eventually. In general we found the receptionists grasp of the english poor enough up to that point.. So to summarise, it was a lovely break. If the staff improved a few things, this would be a 5 start haven.

Just got home after an amazing holiday at the Mitsis Ramira. The hotel is wonderful, the staff are amazing, they all work so hard, and the service is excellent!! The food was absolutely delicious, we loved the beach bar, the a la carte restaurants, as well as the main buffet. We would especially like to call out Behzad from the beach bar - he never stops working and checking if we needed anything, and also Kostas, Lara & Nela from the Sunset Bar - they were so friendly and they kept the cocktails coming, thanks so much guys!! We would definitely recommend this hotel, its location just a short walk away from Kos Town was perfect too!!

Our first time at the Mitsis Ramira Beach hotel and definetly won’t be the last, had an amazing week and couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Every single member of the team was friendly, professional, and incredibly attentive — especially Miltiadis and the wonderful staff at the main bar, who made each day with their warm service and attention to detail. The hotel itself is beautiful, well-maintained, and offers everything you need for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. The service was truly 5-star from start to finish. We can’t wait to come back — thank you Mitsis Ramira for a fantastic holiday!
