The location is next to wctc. Shopping is very convenient. The hotel staff have very good service attitude. The only drawback is that I booked a sea view room, but I was assigned a city view room.

West Plaza ist eine Hotelgruppe, die in Palau Hotels unterschiedlicher Qualität betreibt. Das Hotel in der Lebuu Street gehört in die höhere Kategorie. Es liegt zentral und parallel zur Hauptstrasse in einer weniger befahrenen Strasse. Angabegemässig wurde es erst vor vier Jahren gebaut. Es ist Innen und Aussen in einem sehr Zustand. Mein Zimmer hatte einen Balkon und war sehr geräumig. Grosses Bett, Klimaanlage, Safe, gutfunktionierendes WiFi, Satelliten-Fernseher (nicht genutzt), kleiner Kühlschrank und Wasserkocher. Zwei Flaschen Wasser wurden jeden Tag bereitgestellt. Als Frühstück hatte man die Auswahl zwischen „continental breakfast“, „american breakfast“ und „filipino breakfast“. Das „continental breakfast“ ist eher etwas für den „kleinen Hunger“, während das „american breakfast“ sehr üppig ist. Das „filipino breakfast“ habe ich nicht probiert. Das Personal war professionell, aussergewöhnlich nett und hilfreich in allen Belangen. Das Hotel verfügt über keinen pool und ist deshalb wohl nicht für Paare mit Kindern zu empfehlen. Ich war rundum zufrieden und kann dieses Hotel empfehlen.
