The hotel is in a great location at the town square. The staff were incredibly nice and helpful, beyond what is expected. The room had good space, the bath was large, and there is a refrigerator. Parking is an issue if you have a car, as the garage is a bit of a hike. The hotel does offer to have someone move vehicles for you. The signage was difficult. Unless you notice the small, square sign on the side of the building while driving you will miss it. Best suggestion is to walk, taxi, or take the bus instead.

This is not an upscale boutique hotel. The main building is so old and it is the smallest room I have ever seen. I have to stand by the entrance door for my husband to get in the small bathroom.The toilet is 3 feet from my head. unfortunately no way to get out of 3 more nights here. I have waited my whole like to come to Korcula and it’s beautiful, people are nice but a huge disappointment ! Th other building is fine but dont do the old building. Another bad sign is earplugs on the night table because of the pub next door and cigarette smoke. The hotel is fine if this is what you are looking for. It’s clean and people are fine. It’s not for me.

Our family of 4 stayed 2 nights here in 2 separate rooms and had a wonderful stay! The staff could not have been nicer (really: everyone we came in contact with was warm and helpful). Our rooms were in 2 different buildings. We knew the room in the older buliding would be small, and it was - but that was expected! The "newer" building was right around the corner and that room was a bit bigger. These are historic buildings in an old historic area and to us, that just adds to the charm. There was a nice shared outdoor terrace on the top of the annex building and we hung out there one night, listening to church bells and a sword dance rehearsal. The hotel location was fantastic - so close to the old walled section of town. Korčula Town and the Island are beautiful and we really enjoyed our stay at San Teodoro (aka The Fabris)!

This hotel is the epitome of quaintness. It starts with the smiling faces at the reception, the homemade cookies in the room, the daily room service, the shelf of books you can swap yours for another and the wonderful breakfast served daily by the happiest of staff. It’s a small hotel with an outdoor eating/ drinks area facing the beautiful water. If you want to feel like you’re staying at a retreat this is your hotel. Location is wonderfully situation to the old town.

The location is great - right next to the old town ; and the staff are very friendly and helpful. However the description of a Luxury Inn is misleading - the room we were in was very small, with a tiny area for the toilet and shower, and some of the facilities were not available - rooftop terrace bar (in the newer property which was not open), and there was no bar open for a nightcap (the reception area was meant to be open until 11pm - but closed much earlier). I suspect this may change when the resort gets busier. The key thing I would advise visitors to watch for is the room size - ours was 15m sq - I should've picked up on this but didn't - so book a larger room! Finally this hotel has been re-named the San Teodora

Great hotel Both Thea and Petra at reception were amazingly helpful and gracious. We had a room around the corner from reception that was outstanding. The hotel is week situated outside right outside the Old City.

We stayed here for 2 nights...The first night there is a bar 2 doors down with very loud live music which went on until 3am then we was woken at 7.30 as a children’s sports day with music blasting out on loud speaker directly across from the hotel.The owner said music is very rare to go on so late then a member of his staff said they have a problem with the late night bar every night.The second night it rained so no loud music but unfortunately the rooms are so small and thin walls that there was a couple in the next room who had their daughter in the room opposite us.Instead of being courteous the guy would shout out throughout the night to his teenage daughter if she was ok and constantly woke me up.Exhausted is an understatement and definately not a hotel to stay in if you like your sleep.

Great place for 1 night in Korcula Great hotel in Korcula. Loved the location, very walkable. Parking was available, but quite far away... Room in annex building was fine, but a bit small.
