Good location at the river/ lake, close to old “down town”. Dining “only fine dining”.
Rooms clean and bid, bath room clean. Breakfast is ok.

Wir haben hier zu einem Sonderangebot übernachtet und waren angenehm überrascht von dem schönen Zimmer, das wir bekommen haben. Die Aussicht war fantastisch und bot eine friedliche Kulisse für unseren Aufenthalt. Das Zimmer selbst war makellos sauber, gut gepflegt und mit allen modernen Annehmlichkeiten ausgestattet, die man erwarten würde, von schnellem WLAN bis zu einem bequemen Bett. Wenn es einen Bereich gibt, der verbessert werden könnte, dann wäre es das Frühstück. Die Auswahl war etwas begrenzt und wir hatten auf mehr Vielfalt gehofft. Angesichts der aktuellen Umstände ist es jedoch verständlich, dass nicht alles auf dem gewohnten Niveau ist. Insgesamt liegt das Hotel aber in einer großartigen Lage, was es zu einem sehr bequemen Ort macht, besonders wenn man auf Komfort und Entspannung Wert legt. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder hier übernachten.

Das Personal ist sehr nett, doch bekommt man viele Informationen nur auf Nachfrage oder zufällig mit . Sodass man z.B. auf öffentlichen Bereichen parken muss& hier die Parkgebühren 3-20€ betragen. Oder, dass zum Welnessbereich nutzen 10€ pro Person pro Aufenthalt gezahlt werden müssen. Zimmer und Welnessbereich ist sehr sauber und schön. Doch wäre der wie versprochene Rheinblick von der Sauna aus, besser zu genießen wenn kein Sichtschutz im Weg wäre. Auch wenn dieser wegen anliegenden Bürogebäuden gerechtfertigt ist, ist es schade, dass es dafür keine andere Lösung gibt

Friendly staff, new looking rooms, great sauna and spa. It checked all the boxes regarding what I wanted here. All in all a great stay while in Konstanz. Breakfast had a nice assortment of stuff for the price. If I had to nitpick it'd be the little gift you get when opting out of housekeeping service, I don't like it when hotels do this. It just seems like green washing and I got two Babor samples. By far in comparison to other hotels which offered a "gift" this felt cheap. The beds were too soft for my taste. Nitpicking aside it's still a 5/5 for me because the cons barely caused an inconvenience.

Hotel 47 is located near the old town. It has a great view. Restaurant and bar at a high level. The reception is very pleasant. The rooms are well decorated. The SPA is lovely and th therapists are real experts! I recommend this place 100%! I will be back for sure!
