Lovely very compact city hotel with loyal staff. Accommodation, food, service - everything is excellent. Located 1 km. from the central point of the city. Cleopatra Beach is 200 meters away. Didn't like the very small room. Even for two, and there was an extra bed, the wardrobe was very small, the mattresses were not very good.

Bardzo dobry hotel. Czysty zadbany jedzenie bardzo dobre. Obsługa bardzo miła a w szczególności kelnerzy robią wspaniałą robotę i sa bardzo mili dla wszystkich gości. W szczególności pozdrawiam Sergio i kelnera z Koszalina.spedzilismy w tym hotelu sylwester i nowy rok i pomimo iż nie było w ofercie balu sylwestrowego hotel nas mile zaskoczył . Świetnie zorganizowany bal sylwestrowy z muzyką na żywo bardzo uroczysta kolacja sylwestrowa i szampan. Polecam i napewno wrócimy. Pozdrawiam Rafał.

Hizmet ve personel kadrosu adeta özel seçilmiş. İş için hemen hemen her hafta kalıyorum ve çok memnunum. Lokasyon çok iyi, muhtemelen yapı olarak eski bir otel ama hiç önemi yok çünkü her şey kusursuz. Sorun yaşarsanız personel hemen işinizi çözer.

Dieses 4 Sterne Hotel bietet uns alles was wir brauchen und das zu einem guten Preis. Die Zimmer sind sauber, groß genug, und das Bett ist bequem. Es gibt viele deutsche TV Programme. Das Essen ist prima und abwechslungsreich, die Bedienung freundlich. Im Erdgeschoss ist ein geheizter Pool (kostenlos) und Hamam und Sauna für kleines Geld. Der Außenpool mit Liegen ist groß und schön, aber jetzt im Dezember etwas kalt. Das Meer ist nicht weit, eine Straße überqueren und ein paar Meter laufen.

It was a wonderful stay. The people are great .The service was spotless. The hammam is amazing and the massages are surprisingly relaxing. I felt like in heaven after the massages. The waiters are nice, attentive, handsome and well-mannered. The food was also very good although I mostly focused on drinking Raki. The drinks were very tasty and rich in alcohol. The rooms are clean.The swimming pool is small but it was enough for me. It is a quiet place close to many attractions.I am going to visit this place once more in close future. I enjoyed myself very much.

Supposed to be disabled friendly! 9 steps from the street to reception, once inside there is a ramp to the bar,lift and pool areas but there are 3 steps down to pool area and several steps into the pool with a knee high hand rail. Food is dreadful.

Отель с отличным месторасположением!!! Рядом все, что нужно. А самое главное великолепный пляж в 3-х минутах ходьбы. Очень приличное питание для отеля данной категории. Персонал на ресепшене и в столовой дружелюбный и отзывчивый. Один минус-уборка номеров и замена полотенец, которые забирали, а чистые не докладывали. Мы отдыхали с друзьями и у всех одна и таже проблема!!!! Пару раз вообще мы отказывали в уборке, т.к. она приходилась уже на вечер. Отдыхом в целом остались довольны.
