The hotel is located in an ideal location, very close to the beach. The hotel has 5 stars, but in my opinion it is too much for this facility. The rooms are already slightly worn, and the rooms on the first floor are not soundproofed enough. We could hear water flowing in our room all night long, the sound came from the corridor, and the ventilation grilles in the room were humming all night long. The service at the main reception was helpful and nice. Unfortunately, the same could not be said about the older lady serving at the Spa reception. The lady was rude, unpleasant and constantly complaining (someone walked in sandy shoes - bad, someone turned off the light in the Spa - again loud comments to customers). Breakfasts were very plentiful and delicious.

Perfect for families with children. Lots of animations, attractions, playground, great aqua park, food for children. Great service, large rooms, cosmetics for children. There are also a lot of attractions for parents, but you know how it is with children, you relax in a completely different way 🤗 we wholeheartedly recommend the Aquarius Ina hotel, we will definitely come again ♥️

Just in the centre of the hotel and over all around 10-20 minutes walk to the beach or Molo u.z Breakfast was great evening eating was ok,pool and sauna are not as large as posted on the picture 😊have.There are sports room and wellness and massage can have extra date.The price for the 👦🏻 not booked together was not nice to have Call and ask for additional payment 🥹for this reason before booking you need to be able to look back right at the price and cancel it.

We choose this hotel to celebrate our wedding anniversary. The reviews were good. The hotel can not handle basic services. First - hotel is selling spa treatments which the spa is not providing anymore, second- during Saturday evening meal you will be treated as a second class quest because there will be much more valuable groups attending meal time, third- do not expect your coffee/tea supplies provided in your room unless you will ask a reception desk in the morning, and mostly annoying - the front desk has no idea how to check you out. I was told that I need to pay more, because ”some of the services are charged with 8% VAT and other with 23% VAT - so computer said I owe money”, I did not agree with that. Then I was told that ” system arranged my payment in different way and that is why I am in debt”. I refused again. So front desk employee went and ask a hidden colleague and I was told I am clear, got my parking ticket to get out and I left. About an 1 hr later I got a call from hotel - I owe money for sure! All in all, I would not recommend this hotel for anyone who wishes a stress free break.

We were already in the shum one year ago at the same season and we had such a good comparison. At that time we were so enthusiastic that we booked back directly on the site. Unfortunately, we have to note that the hotel has developed from “exceptional” to “good”. Many small things contribute to this: there is no more refreshing drink at arrival, the pool bag has been removed on the rooms, and at a la carte food (a lot overpriced prices) there is no more “greeting from the kitchen”, At breakfast, the freshly prepared foods from the map are out of the weekend. On the weekend this map was massively deleted together. There are only rheu, vegan tofuei and eggs Benedict. Unfortunately, you also seem to save staff, the housekeeping has not been able to make our room complete and the drunk caused by guests in the staircase has not been removed all day. The guarded parking area directly at the hotel is nice, but with ＞ € 10 per day is also very expensive. Polecam Hotel Jantar w Kołobrzegu. Nasz pobyt w czasie lockdownu (kwiecień 2021) był bardzo bezpieczny. Profesjonalna obsługa dbała o zachowanie reżimu sanitarnego. Śniadania i inne posiłki serwowane były do pokoju, rezrewacja pobytu na basenie oraz zabiegów leczniczych pozwalała uniknąć spotkań z innymi gośćmi. Śniadania obfite i bardzo smaczne. Duża różnorodność i możliwość wyboru ciepłego posiłku. Obiady w cenie 45 zł/os również smaczne i gorące. Można je było zamówić w każdej chwili aż do wieczora. Pokój był czysty, z dodatkowym stolikiem i sofą przy których mogliśmy zjeść posiłki. Łóżka osobne, łączone. Mieliśmy bardzo jasny, rogowy pokój. Łazienka z prysznicem - tu mały problem z zapachem z rur. Na szczęście gdy zgłosiliśmy problem w recepcji dano nam zapach do kontaktu. Do dyspozycji był basen, jacuzzi i sauny. Przyjemne miejsce nad którym sprawował piecze bardzo sympatyczny Pan Ratownik. Czyste ręczniki dostawaliśmy na miejscu, a schodziliśmy w szlafrokach z pokoju (lekko sfatygowane, ale fajnie, że były). Duży wybór zabiegów SPA oraz zabiegów leczniczych. Hotel w pobliżu deptaku, spacerkiem 5 min na plażę. Pobyt oceniamy jako bardzo udany.
