The water in the toilet and shower is yellow and more dust in that water. The breakfast was not bad

Excellent location nice ambience courteous staff food is excellent bar is also good access to tourist locations

The rooms are good, well maintained, good room service, rooms are spacious. Have a electric kettle and chiller

Everything is good the rooms, the staff, the service, etc but they did not have a buffet on the date we stayed there and there are roaches in the room

Had enquired for an early check-in but that wasn’t available. They said i could have a meal at their amazon lounge and wait till they get the room ready. The elevators and the restaurant smelled heavily of cockroaches. The plates, glasses and cutlery had the same cockroach smell and we could hardly eat at the place because of this. The restaurant was so dingy and there were baby roaches on the tables, below the glass top. The room provided was not maintained well at all. The laminate from the particle board was all broken, there was no toilet paper, the shower are had the metal frame but no glass. The shower lever didn’t work. I had to get myself switched to a different room but that too was only marginally better. Never expected such a poor experience, especially at a hotel that seems to have high ratings and the fact that their tagline is “royalty redefined”

The check in process was very fast, the room was well maintained, food was good, friendly staff, well maintained.

Ac doesn't work. Wifi reception in room is bad. When i complained stories of no rooms available and night 1130ish they shift me to another room. Food is good though

Several issues detracted from what could have been a pleasant experience. Room Maintenance Firstly, the iron in my room was broken and potentially unsafe to use. The cord seemed frayed, and it wouldn't regulate temperature properly. This was a major inconvenience, especially for those who rely on ironing during their travels. Secondly, the television remote control was malfunctioning. This made relaxing after a long day difficult, as constantly getting up to change channels was frustrating. Thirdly, the dustbin in the room was unusable. It seems like the lid mechanism was broken, making it impossible to dispose of trash hygienically. Cleanliness Concerns The lack of proper upkeep extended to the bathroom as well. There was a significant amount of rust present in the shower, raising concerns about hygiene. Finally, the breakfast area was quite unpleasant. There were houseflies present on the tables, making it an unhygienic and unappetizing environment to enjoy a meal. I would advise potential guests to consider these issues before booking a stay here. I WON'T RECOMMEND IT FOR THIS PRICE.
