We stayed here as a family on oct 11 and 12th. Had booked the premium beach view rooms. Room was good and spacious with all the required amenities. The view of the sea from the room is marvellous. The staff are polite, courteous and ever ready to help. Location is great. Aside from the beach, it is very near the town and other tourist centers. Breakfast was average considering it is a 5 star hotel. It could have been better with more items. On the whole it was a pleasant stay and will certainly come again in future.

I had a plea-sent 3 days stay with my family in all seasons hotel. The view is awesome from the standard rooms and was a very nice experience. Food was also nice though it's the same menu. The staff behaviour was courteous and was pleasent. However the thing to improve is on the cleaning and room service.

i loved everything about this hotel, from room types, customer service, and facilities to the serene pool area and gym facility. the premium amenities and wellness facilities offered us an excellent experience. the rooms were clean and very comfortable, with elegant décor. they went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. i was impressed by the efficient check-in/check-out process of the hotel.
i will recommend others for sure!

The stay was really comfortable and the rooms were very well maintained and modern. The food was also good here. If you are looking for a safe and cosy place that is not water front, this place will never let you down at-least from my experience. Suitable for family, couple, children etc.

GGuest UserThe staff here are very polite. They provide healthy and tasty food, the interiors of the room are next level. They even provide taxi or auto when we ask them to and we had a short and sweet stay here without any insecurity. Its really surprising that all the amenities are at a higher level than any other hotel. There is a lot of parking space available for any travellers to come and enjoy their trip as well as stay. At the end all is well.

GGuest UserThe property is in a quiet and peaceful street only 1. 5 km from both the railway station and the ksrtc bus stand and can be easily located with the directions of the google map. Overall, the stay was good. The front desk personnels were friendly and very co-operative. Check-in and check-out were hassle-free. The room was spacious and clean. Cleanliness of the bathroom was good. I am not giving a 5-star rating to this otherwise nice property because of the following reasons: 1) the restaurant at the property was not functioning; 2) hot water was not available in the bathroom and the door latch of the bathroom was not working; 3) sufficient quantity of tea/coffee, sugar and milk powder sachets were not provided; and 4) got drinking water only after asking. Still, i recommend this property for a brief or overnight stay.
