Room size is too small.Bed should be king size.As a full family the bed size little bit small . Room size must be more in that price.

A well managed comfortable hotel with classic feelings. Convenience in all orders. Good behaviour with a 24 hour supporting team. Good location of all connectivity with the entire Kolkata city.

I stayed at your hotel for 3 days. I stayed in 2 rooms. I booked online for one day and offline for two days. Room and room service are good. But hotel manager behaviour is not friendly. He is a very angry man.He was talking with me with extra attitude.

This hotel was full of cockroaches. No water bucket was there, taps were not working. Stinky blankets and bedsheets. Cat potty was in corridor but no one cleaned it even on next day

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a pleasant experience. The highlight of my stay was the courteous and friendly staff, who were always willing to assist with a smile. Their warm hospitality made a great impression. The rooms, though on the smaller side, were clean and comfortable enough for a short stay. While space was a bit limited, the overall ambiance was decent, and the amenities provided were satisfactory. The service made up for any minor shortcomings, and i would consider staying here again. Overall, a good option if you value excellent hospitality over room size.
