I found the stay comfortable.
Pros:
1. Location: Quite near to Jatragachi auto stand.
2. Hospitality: Staff polite and helpful.
3. Food: You can order food in their reception for ala-carte food

1. Location: Road to hotel is in a bad state.

We are a group of 6 from hyderabad, stayed for 5 days. Really a good stay at the hotel.. Rooms neat. Staff are very friendly and helpful. We also interacted with the hotel owner a few times. Extremely nice and helpful person. He also guided us regarding a few things about Kolkata. Food is good. And the place is a 5 min walk from BiswaBangla Convention center. Totally recommed it.
PS: Before I booked the hotel, I read some reviews which said that the area around the hotel is not well developed... which is true. But the advantage is ZERO air/noise pollution and lots & lots of fresh air.
