The hotel is not well managed, very few staff were there to take care of the guests. Experience started from our entry where no one was there to receive us, to open the main door as well. At reception a person was sitting who was behaving that forcefully he is doing that job. Only one male receptionist was there who is not dressed well. The experience on the next morning at checkout was the worst. There were many guests checking out in the morning and a young boy who knows the billing process was attending the guests. He was too slow, didn't know all the process, it seems as soon as woke up, he had started the duty, not well groomed. In rush hour, there must be at least 2 persons attending the guest and doing the bills and fast check outs. Property also should be neatly maintained. The original group should take care of this to maintain their brand. Else nobody will again come here and recommend to others.
