Firstly they ignore my phone calls, when i tried with another number then, i asked for change the date but they denied to do this. And room was too dirty.

Good hotel. The hotel staff is helpful and they address your needs on priority. Clean and hygienic room with daily housekeeping. They don't prepare meals in the hotel so you have to order food from restaurant. But they allow delivery partners to drop your package directly at your door.

Very good and clean rooms. Easy to locate and have friendly staff. The hotel does not have a restaurant of its own so food needs to be ordered from outside either from your preferred restaurant or from their couple of partner restaurants. Hotel do provide plates and cutlery. Overall good experience.

Love the stay here. Though it was just an overnight, i had a pleasant stay. Far away from the madding crowd and hustle and bustle. Clean and comfortable. Next time we visit kolkata we will definitely stay here again.

Very good, friendly staff, secure for couples. My partner and i stayed together for 2 days and it was an excellent stay and would use their property in our future stay as well.
