I stayed at the sapphire suites for 2 nights. The hotel has modern amenities and is clean. Complimentary breakfast was very good. Staff are also very helpful particularly maboob the bell boy, who was able to provide sightseeing insights each morning.

Hi, I hope this message finds you well. I want to express my concerns about this place in the hopes of helping others. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend staying here. I believe the staff could benefit from additional training, as their behavior seems unprofessional. Additionally, the rooms and bathrooms are dirty, and the food is unhygienic.

Very poor service, reception staff are misbehaving. Please don't book these properties. The location is also not good, taxi denied to come to this place. Overall, the worst hotel i have seen in my life. The staff above is behaving rudely towards me. They even refused to provide water to my room.

Property located at the hear of city, that's the only advantage. Super expensive compared to the amenities being offered. Pay a little extra and stay and much better properties nearby. Rooms are small, breakfast limited choice. Unprofessional and Unsupportive staff

Location is very good, food is quite good and healthy, need maintenance as we have encountered problem with door lock couple of times, a good hygienic place at this price point, but they need to improve room service and flexibility of choosing rooms, overall it's always a good experience to stay as i have visited four times, hope they will improve their service more with time and last but not the security personal were very humble and friendly in nature

It was good stay there. I would recommend staying here. The staff is polite and helpful, and the rooms are clean and well-maintained. However, some guests have complained about the noise from the nearby chicken and fish market, and the congested entrance.
