The hotel is very well connected and located making it easily accessible to Metro. It is close to famous tourist spots like Victoria Memorial, Indian Museum, street as well as brand shopping . Even the tram ride from the hotel can be easily accessed. The staff are courteous and very helpful. The room service is excellent. Thank you for the memorable stay.

The hotel is located in the centre of the Kolkata, near park street, which helps to get any cab or taxi easily. Every attraction location like Dharamtala, Victoria Memorial, Birla planetorium etc are all in close proximity. One more thing overall hotel cleanliness and hygiene is good, in comparison to near by hotels. This hotel is mainly mid-segment hotel, which is mainly priced little more than normal hotels , but it's worth the price. The staffs are very good and friendly. The morning breakfast is also very good here.

I stayed at the Hotel Treebo Dee Empresa for 2 nights with family and here is my review 1) This is a shady hotel and not suitable for couples. 2) Though it is in the central area the surrounding of the hotel is too bad. It’s all surrounded by buildings and hence no privacy. 3) Bathroom was dirty and smelly in a deluxe room so you can imagine in other category how bad it could be. 4) Staff at the reception is rude and illiterate. They require training on customer care. 5) They have a restaurant which only serves breakfast (i.e no lunch or dinner), which they don’t mention before booking. 6) Breakfast was pathetic. 7) There was no hot water in the bathroom, neither in the morning nor in the evening. They said there is some work going on and hence not available, which obviously they didn’t mention before booking. But actual reason was due to lack of occupancy they didn’t switch on the centralized heater to save the cost. 8) Second day, housekeeping didn’t refill water bottle and Tea, sugar, coffee, milk powder sachets. I have to call minimum 3 times for the same and that also they provided only 2. So I suggest they should open a rationing shop than running a hotel.

Excellent location. All city attractions were in near visinity with good connections. Room was nicely maintained Staff was very courteous Strongly recommended for family stay. Breakfast spread was ok.
