There is something incredibly right about the culture built by the leaders ant Aauris and the staff. Being my first time to Kolkata and that too with my family, I had my worries. But I was welcomed by an amazing staff; always pleasant, always eager to help through out my stay. The food was fantastic, my son enjoyed every bit of it that he was asking me to order similar food when we came back home! There are lot of varieties right from break fast to dinner. The city is green and beautiful and you get to see it all around the area where the hotel is located. Would love to come back some day!!

During booking clearly mentioned in spl request for early check-in for guest. During early check-in they not at all supportive & not even provide rooms to guest for fresh up. This booking was corporate booking & they dont even bother to inform us during booking that hotgel is soldout & not able to provide room for early check-in.

The stuffs were very friendly and helpful.The buffet breakfast was excellent. The room had a modern and stylish decor, The hotel was conveniently located near the park Street.The hotel was a bit far from the Iskon template.🙂

Good food but now the hotel is nt clean specially d washrooms. Food is also average . I hv been staying here fr several times every time it was very good. But this experience was nt good
