Front desk executive arnab is a very cheap person. Hotel management should ensure that the executives are not allowed to compromise with the service quality and promised package to the customer.

Front desk manager is cheap mentality. Wants booking for premium room and wants to give standard room to the customer. Otherwise hotel ambience, location, property value for money, breakfast other staff everything is excellent.
