First and foremost the room, food and ambience is great and lovely, My rating of 10 given for the same. The service communication and coordination between staffs and departments lacks a lot. For enjoying the ambience and room size during weekend stay for 1night is fine rest I will not be suggesting due to price of a 5star & getting service of a 1star. I went to celebrate my wife's bday and went 2hrs prior to have special arrangments with my own personal gift and cake and just requested to preplace prior check inn same was not done. Turn down service was not done i had to request MOD again as I had previously requested with time. Again during check out no interaction was done and same cake which I had given a night prior to IRD and requested them to give upon check out same was not given neither later recieved any call and I am still waiting for membership points. Bablu from Life guard swimming pool shows outstanding hospitality and warmth and a guy to recommend.

Ignore the small and almost hidden entrance and very bad cellphone connectivity. Inside its a piece of art. Great hospitality and property. Lovely food made better with great service by Unnati and Prosenjit. Mr Chandan was kind. Thanks a ton guys will be back soon

Had a lovely experience at the Raajkutir Swabhumi Hotel! The ambience is great. The food quality is very good. Would also like to mention the Sous Chef Biswarup and the manager Chandan for their service! It has been a great stay! We really appreciate the hospitality.

It took us to a different era with a modern feeling. Met Maimur at the gate everyday and he made sure to make us feel at home every time. One hell of a guy and so were the rest of the staff. I would recommend everyone to come stay at Rajkutir once if you are in Kolkata.

Great experience! Amazing property and very friendly staff! Especially Munshi who was very cordial and friendly in service. The property is very luxurious and pleasant. Grandeur is seen in the way they have built it. The room is very classy and spacious.
