Well leaded hotel, very convenient place
I recently stayed at a hotel in the Golden parkk hotel in heart of Kolkata, and it was a fantastic experience. The location is incredibly convenient, placing you right in the middle of all the action. The proximity to major attractions and transportation options made exploring the city effortless. The hotel itself was comfortable and well-maintained, adding to the overall positive experience. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Kolkata!

There is a club in the hotel which is open till 4:00 am and the music was so loud that it was impossible to sleep the bed in the room were literally vibrating because of the noise

Centrally located, this hotel offers good overall facilities. The staff are professional, friendly and well behaved. I haven't tasted their food as there are too many exotic restaurants nearby which are a must-try if you are visiting kolkata. The only drawback i can see is the high moisture level in the building which mandates you keep the ac below 21 degrees at all times. This problem solution is releasing the osmotic pressure of the building as a whole, which i am sure the hotel management will consult an expert for. I am recommending this hotel.

Very excellent hospitality and staffs really care for our stay. Food is also good. It’s so close to us consulate, people coming for us visa interview can go by walk to the consulate.

The room floor is not clean, lots of dirt. And they play loud music in their bar (4th floor) from night to early morning.

The location of the hotel is excellent. All my appointments were conveniently nearby. Service is good. As the hotel hosts a number of pubs n bars can be noisy at night. Also the food on menu is matched to the pub goers. Suggest more variety on the menu.

Room ac was to be kept at 20 degrees. Was cold. In case temperature increased to 24, water started leaking from the ceiling. Thus was not told at beginning. Had they wud have asked for different room. The maintenance person told this the next day. Hence partly not satisfied with the hotel.
