Bad check in experience. Made to wait 20 minutes after providing identification due staff internal fight. Then the room key was not working for which another 15 minutes waiting outside room. Call to makemytrip help line was also terrible. One manager from makemytrip named vishal was disgusting and kept on calling me till late night forcing me to close the complaint despite doing nothing. Both makemytrip and the hotel experience was awful.

Location is good, but the property, amenities, and food are average according to price. The price of bottle water is rs 63.

Hotel niharika is located at a prime location with a good ambience as per price. Restaurant food tastes good and is reasonable. However, additional services at the hotel are overpriced which can be worked upon. Rooms are dimly lit. There was a lot of disturbance due to ongoing maintenance work.

Not very good
rooms are ok. Service is not up to the mark. They miss to execute morning wake up call
however the location of hotel is very good.
