The stay was so good in Northin Hotel kolkata.Special thanks to Ms.Neha Thapa front desk personnel who made our stay so comfortable with her guide and being always there to help us in every way.Whenever I'll visit Kolkata I would prefer to stay in the same hotel. Food items were up to the mark and the ambience of the restaurant is beautiful in this property.

The hotel offers average rooms with basic amenities—sufficient for a short stay but nothing extraordinary. Breakfast options were decent, though not very diverse. A special mention goes to Chef Supritam, whose polite and kind behavior made the dining experience pleasant. His warm hospitality truly stood out. Overall, an okay experience, but there’s room for improvement.

Would have been a wonderful stay if not for the horrendous scam perpetuated by this guy called jagannath who claimed some clearly old stain on some pillow covers as our fault. He knew we had a flight to catch in the morning. Hence the perfect time to pull such a scam. Otherwise decent.
