Hotel Blooming Soul

Hotel manager is absent and not actively running the show, toiletries were not kept and provided only after asking. Similarly, booking was for 3 persons but additional bedding was not kept, no bathtub in bathroom as shown in images, they said it is for an ultra executive suite only. The kitchen works in a very limited window and the staff is more interested in diverting you to other restaurants than serving their own. People will struggle to get a taxi as the hotel is far from the city. The room was good but without active management it is no good.

There were some cockroaches in room, food from the menu was not available, rest staff was good and service was prompt

Location is good, close to temple, followed google route while coming from belgavi which was too far, complementary breakfast was limited, no buffey, hotel is not separate, close to reception, tv was not working, water bottles where small, gallery was not clean, ample parking area

Room very neat. Service is very good. Smooth check in process. Staffs are friendly approch. Over all happy.

Restaurant is not there. Coffee provided was very very poor quality. Travel desk facility is not there

The hotel is fantastic the food quality is improved .my stay was very comfortable .the staff is getting changed think so that is very good to see very polite staff .good changes are made in the hotel .i am impressed by staff ashika in restaurant and disha in reception keep it guys .
