Insanely bad service. I booket 1x 1 Night for 2 and 3x1 Night for 2 in total from 19 to 23 july. I ask if we could get same room during our stay to avoid moving room the Day after and it was confirmed by the receptionist. Today they show up and tells us to move room or we have to pay more to stay in the same room. The hotel is EMPTY we are the only ones here but they dont Care. I also booked a room with 2 single beds and they start giving us a room with a double bed. We are 2 men aged 41 and 51. WE DO NOT SLEEP IN SAME BED OF COURSE. I have used ********** app for 5 years now and have over 200 nights booket in total, most of Them in Thailand and i have never in my 10 years travelling in Thailand had such a bad service at a hotel. I even wrote the hotel 2 days in advance to explain everything about our room and out stay. No reply. We were told when we arrived at the hotel there was free transfer from pier but how should we know when noone at the hotel answer our messages. This is litteraly insane. This hotel does NOT provide any service at all and the receptionist has a very unpleasant Way of talking and explaining things. Do not go here its simply not worth it and the Island is covered in hotels anyway
Mango Bay Boutique Resort

Victory is a unique environment in Mango Bay. The internal conditions of the room are very general, similar to the domestic 100, but it is still very sanitary. The restaurant is awesome, 270 degree sea view, personally feel better than all kinds of cliff restaurants, snorkeling is also very convenient, you can see a lot of fish at the entrance of the hotel. Free snorkeling tools and kayaks are also available. The entrance mainly depends on the hotel's own boat. It departs at Koh Tao Pier at 8:00 in the morning and returns to the hotel from Koh Tao Pier at 9:30. From the hotel at 12:30, it departs from the hotel to Koh Tao Pier (passing through Nanyuan Island, where it can be Get off the boat to play on the island), return to the hotel from Koh Tao Pier at 3:30 (on the way back to the hotel, pick up guests from Nanyuan Island and return to the hotel, about 4 o'clock). In general, the environment is beautiful and paradise. The photos are taken with an Apple mobile phone. Without any filters, it is really beautiful.
Sai Daeng Resort

The road is quite steep. The hotel provides a fairly frequent pier shuttle service. I recommend that you contact the page to ask about the price first and then compare it with agoda or trip.com because we booked through trip.com for 5,500 baht, a sea wing super room. And asked to extend another night in the same room, contacted the page and got it for 4,000 baht. The staff informed that they would like to upgrade to a larger room with an ocean view, but the view was not panoramic because it was partially blocked by trees. - There will be two bottles of water per day in the room. The bed and pillows are soft and very comfortable to sleep on. There are covers, towels, and hair towels. Shampoo, soap, shower gel, conditioner and cream, but no comb. There is a safe. Refrigerator with two bottles of water that can be drunk for free. Other than that, it's a waste of money. I recommend going to 7-11 and stocking up before coming here. No sandals, just a woven bag to carry around in a stylish way. - The room we got didn't have a sofa, only a small chair with no backrest. - I saw many people review that the staff were friendly and well taken care of. But for us, it's very indifferent. I wasn't impressed by anything. If you come for the second time, think about changing to another place. - The rooms will be in the style of loft stone mixed with wood. The door is polished wood and has a padlock. - Wide balcony with seating to admire the view It is recommended to stay in a room with a balcony because even if wet clothes need to be found somewhere to dry. -The way up to the room is very steep and high. Forget your things, you'll get to work. -At the reception, many times the people I called were foreign employees who couldn't speak Thai. Maybe it's because Thai people take little breaks or not. I'm not sure. - We accept credit cards here but I'm not sure what the minimum is. You can transfer money. - The advantage of this place is the hotel's location between two beaches where diving times are very different. - The beach below the reception is on the side of Sai Daeng Beach. Lots of dry rocks and coral. And it's the side where many sharks are found as well. Sharks were swimming around the beach very close. - The other side of the hotel connects to Ao Luek. On this side, the coral is beautiful, the fish are beautiful, the water is clear, but the water is deep. The waves hit the rocks hard. There is no beach. Near the entrance there is a large rock with shellfish embedded in it, very sharp and slippery. We had blood all over our arms and legs. But on this side, there are fewer people snorkeling than on the other side. It is recommended to wear a life jacket so that when swimming back you won't get tired. - Comes with choke and support board Including free life jacket But snorkeling is 100 baht per day. - Lots of beautiful photo angles, both from the room or various places in the hotel. And the highlight corner is the cliff that extends out. If you don't stay here, you won't get this view. - There is a large pool with a sea view and a poolbar. Foreign teenagers are excited. - Breakfast for us is just enough to eat, not a lot of variety, the taste is pleasing to foreigners. There is a fresh coffee dispenser. - In the dinner section Eat at the same place as breakfast. The prices are not too expensive, probably similar to the restaurants in hotels around that area. But the taste is definitely the same cook as in the morning. Plus the food wasn't fresh at all, which made me disappointed. - Overall, the view, atmosphere, rooms, and location are very good. Let's dive until our bodies are wet and our clothes are not dry. Anyone who wants to have fun with sharks will definitely find it. But unfortunately we didn't see a turtle. Don't expect a lot of breakfast and other meals. Riding a motorcycle must be a certain degree of stiffness.

Nice pools and swim up bar. Staff are friendly. The room was very big which was great. There were a few maintenance issues but expected as this is an older hotel. The hand held wand in the shower did not work properly as you had to continue to hold the knob out to keep it running, the door to the bathroom did not open properly, and as there were twin beds, individual covers would have been better than one whole cover than barely reached to the edges of the two beds. We have a saying, ”as useless as a glass door in a toilet” ...there was actually a glass door in the toilet which means there is no privacy and no-one else can be in the bathroom. Even frosting on the glass would have been better. USB outlets would have helped. I would recommend a ground floor as there aren't any lifts. Aside from this, the water pressure was good, the air-conditioning was fantastic and the beds were comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again. I would recommend staying in this area as it is close to the pier and shops surrounding the pier and it's quiet. It is cheap to go into the town by taxi and enjoy your time there but come back to the quiet of this area. We liked your staff member called Trip, and we hope that he gets his cat back to the island soon.
