Great location, quiet place, next to the beach, nice beach, recommended for who are looking for swimming in the sea,I was selected pool access room that was great room, large area with the big bath tub and easy to assess to the pool, in this hotel have 2 swimming pools that comfortable for family or group of friends, staffs all friendly and helpful.

This is the best resort I have stayed so far, the staffs here are all polite and super friendly, of course not to skip my room with private pool, the view is superb! We can see sunrise directly from the room too. Will definitely return again.

One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. Everything was perfect. The location on the beach and rocks was so beautiful. The room was spacious, clean and luxurious. The garden swimming pool so relaxing and the food and drinks delicious. The staff were a delight!

An ideal hotel for a quiet, relaxing holiday. The rooms are renovated, the area is well-kept, quiet and cozy. We booked with breakfast. At breakfast, the pastries were always dry (?) And instant coffee in the kettle, the rest is good and I liked how the order for cooking eggs is organized - you mark the method, ingredients and table number on the form and go on. When it is ready, they will bring it to the table and no stupid queues. The beach can be called private, sun loungers with mattresses, umbrellas in decent condition for Thailand. The material of the umbrellas allows UV, cream 50 is required! I would like more shade from the trees, plant a couple more in the sun lounger area :) The pool is clean and also renovated. There are cafes, shops, massage parlors nearby. You need to walk 15-20 minutes to the center of resort life Lamai. We were pleased with our stay in this hotel.

We spent our time on the island in this hotel. Very friendly staff with a complimentary drink upon arrival. Rooms are spacious with a big balcony to enjoy the view. Pool is big and very refreshing after a long day of walking. Beach is very pretty as well and a nice place for a walk. Good place to relax. Small convenience store in walking distance, not masses of restaurants around, but Ubers are easy to get. Breakfast was ok, nothing amazing, but staff was friendly and helpful.

My wife and I really liked the place. Everything is clean, neat, despite the fact that the hotel itself is quite old, but this has its own charm. Special thanks to the manager at the reception Miew!!! Miew always with a smile and goodwill helped to solve all the issues as quickly as possible. Near the hotel there is everything you need, where to go and eat. For a quiet, calm family vacation, the hotel is as comfortable as possible.

I booked the pool villa for the first night and the normal villa for the second night. I checked into the pool villa at 7 o'clock that night. When I had breakfast at 9 o'clock the next morning, the staff asked me to move to the normal villa, saying that the pool villa would be available soon. Someone has checked in. Didn't I say check out at 12 o'clock? The waiter has always had a dark face, and he checked in because of the good reviews. As a result, he forced people to change rooms, which made people very upset.

The coolest hotel(room) in my 2-month trip around Thailand. (All rooms aren't this fabulous). I just love my baths and had a few free Muay Thai group sessions. - The beach ain't very good - Not enough meat in the breakfast - Water didn't taste good on the glass bottles Anyway, extremely happy end to my vacation in Thailand. ✌️

I have been returning to China for a long time before I commented. I had a very comfortable holiday at the hotel with the elderly and one-year-old children in the Spring Festival. I originally booked a short-term rental villa on the island. After a water outage and power outage, I decided to retreat and live here again. The three-bedroom villa we stayed in was actually four bedrooms. The interior decoration time was a bit long, the maintenance was good, the mattress and pillows were comfortable, and during the stay, except during the break, the room time was very small, basically on the beach and In the yard; the location of the hotel is not said, the next few steps to the beach, the quality of the beach is general, there are some small stones, a few minutes to the left will be better; near the hotel seven or eight minutes drive a large local supermarket, vegetable meat The seafood is very comprehensive. We basically do our own cooking and take-out. The emphasis is on the service that is beyond expectation. The management of the housekeeper sao is completely barrier-free. The problem is solved at any time. We have not enough hangers. We bought a new one on the same day. I need a children's dining chair. I bought a new one for us the next day. Every day, I ask if there is a need. The little girl who cleans up and the uncle of the security guard are also doing their best to solve the problem at any time. Although the hotel provided ample mosquito-repellent incense, we were bitten very badly, reminding everyone to bring enough toilet water. After being bitten, you can go to 7-11 to buy a local ointment, which works well.

Great location and easily walkable to lamai market or to nearby cafes and shops. The live band from lamai market can be heard from the rooms so if you are a light sleeper this may be a problem. The floor manager goes around to check on guests during morning breakfast and we appreciated this gesture. The AC in our room was leaking and she immediately sent someone to check on it. It never got fixed as it kept leaking every night again but it was ok and we werent very bothered by it. The mattresses need a change asap as the depressions were too obvious. I would request also for better lighting or at least the option to brighten the lights should we wish in the room. The hallway resort lights were also too dim making it a little dangerous at night as there were many steep steps and curbs. For the accessibility and staff i would stay here again
