Hotels in Chaweng Beach, Koh Samui

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Felt so warmth with their smiling face all the times. The strategic location makes it convenient for us to look for food.

I had bad experiences in this hotel. Staff hotel tried to open my room at 6 am in the morning!!!! He knock the door too loud and use a spare key to open the door. I heard this happen and shocked that ***! is he doing. He said it was wrong room??? WHAT? but it was early in the morning!! The next day, a housekeeper open my room again without knock the door and don’t see that I put ”No Distrub” sign hang in door knob. (This was around 6pm) I was resting. She said she forgot to bring me a new towel when she clean the room… This was not impress at the hotel staff at all. I have to review my experience and I will not go back to this hotel again anymore.

Deceived by photos on app when we decided to book the room, only to find out the location is on a very narrow, busy & crowded spot. The positive outcome from is the hotel is new and rooms are nice, and everything is accessible in walking distance ie the mall & restaurants, convenient stores, also it's on the beach!

Great pool, clean part of the beach, close enough to walk to lots of cafes and shops. We booked as a family on one booking but were told at check-in we would have to stay in separate areas of the hotel… this was very disappointing as we had requested rooms close together. Manager wasn’t that friendly when we asked to change room to be closer together. Most staff working at resort were friendly and it was clean and well maintained. I would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

Regular traveler to Chaweng Gardens and have always appreciated the ammenities (pool, massage, bar, breakfast), location, the service and of course the cleanliness. Thoroughly recommend to all

We had a very pleasant stay here. The location is excellent—right behind the beach and directly opposite a convenience shop, which was so handy. The room was clean and the pool area was lovely. However, two things really need to be improved. First, there should be a rule to ban smoking at the poolside, as the smell was unpleasant for non-smokers. Second, there were a lot of mosquitoes in the area; providing repellent or doing more frequent pest control would make a big difference. A great spot that could be perfect with a few changes! ---

We had a fabulous stay at Chaweng Cove, the staff can't do enough to help and appease you, location is perfect away from chaweng strip which is very busy. Breakfast was excellent fresh eggs cooked anyway you prefer, beach is narrow but we loved the big waves and lazing on the loungers, if you really want to get a lounger by the pool area get up early as they are all gone by let say the older generation don't know why you want to sit by a pool all day can do that anywere. Trips we like the Ethical elephant sanctuary which was nice and you feed the elephants and get loads of pictures. Zipwire experience was great fun 9 different zip line but go early as it gets very busy later in the day

I had a lovely stay at Samui First Hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff welcomed warmly and even offered a refreshing welcome drink, which was a nice touch. The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. The hotel offers plenty of amenities, and the breakfast in the morning was delicious—definitely a great way to start the day. The pool area is clean and well-maintained, perfect for a quick dip or relaxing by the water. Although there's no elevator, it wasn’t a big issue for me. The hotel is a bit far from Central Samui and the beach, so renting a bike is a good idea if you want to explore the island. Chaweng Beach is the closest, and it's a beautiful spot. I also recommend checking out Ark Bar—it’s a great place to chill, especially in the late afternoon or evening. Overall, a pleasant experience and a great place to stay on Samui Island.🤗❤️

Flying to Thailand was an unforgettable experience! The journey started with smooth check-in procedures and courteous airline staff who made everything seamless. The flight itself was very comfortable—the seats were spacious enough for the long journey, and the cabin crew was exceptionally attentive and friendly, always ready to assist with a smile. The in-flight entertainment had a great selection of movies, music, and games, which helped pass the time. As for the food, it was surprisingly delightful! They served a mix of Thai and international dishes, and I absolutely enjoyed trying some traditional Thai flavors like green curry. The presentation and quality were above my expectations for airplane food. Overall, it was a pleasant and enjoyable experience that set a positive tone for my trip to Thailand.

the location is Amazing! on one side is the busy street with Central Samui right across the road, surrounded by many restaurants, bars, shops etc. on the other side is a beautiful beach, and peaceful location surrounded by trees and nature. The Room is spacious and clean. Receptionists are very friendly and helpful. My dinning experience by the beach at the hotel was most memorable as staffs were very friendly and accommodating. it's always feel extra relaxing to see the beautiful smiles and it's exactly how i imagined my trip experience in Thailand would be. Thank you Chaweng Buri Team, I will definitely visit your hotel again.
