Great Swimming Pool - Amazing Poolside staff always smiling always helpful and amazingly friendly - Just lovely - All the th staff were just so so helpful smiling and genuinely lovely - But - Unfortunately the room I had overall was dirty and had really poor hygiene and cleanliness levels - The Bathroom and shower were disgusting - I very politely and nicely asked the hotel to clean the Shower and Bathroom Areas - They did but not to a great level and it was still quite dirty - Apart from the cleanliness of the Rooms - Overall and mainly due to the fabulous Smiling Staff the Hotel is a great choice and only 5 minutes walk to the beach and nearby Amenities 👌🏼🫶🏼💯....

Always great to stay here . TV channel jsut slight improved which is a plus and all the staff were so friendly . Will come back again.

Great pool, clean part of the beach, close enough to walk to lots of cafes and shops. We booked as a family on one booking but were told at check-in we would have to stay in separate areas of the hotel… this was very disappointing as we had requested rooms close together. Manager wasn’t that friendly when we asked to change room to be closer together. Most staff working at resort were friendly and it was clean and well maintained. I would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

We had a fabulous stay at Chaweng Cove, the staff can't do enough to help and appease you, location is perfect away from chaweng strip which is very busy. Breakfast was excellent fresh eggs cooked anyway you prefer, beach is narrow but we loved the big waves and lazing on the loungers, if you really want to get a lounger by the pool area get up early as they are all gone by let say the older generation don't know why you want to sit by a pool all day can do that anywere. Trips we like the Ethical elephant sanctuary which was nice and you feed the elephants and get loads of pictures. Zipwire experience was great fun 9 different zip line but go early as it gets very busy later in the day

The hotel is a bit old but kept in good conditions. It’s super clean and the staff are very nice! Right in the middle of everything and in front of the beach with a nice reef you can go snorkeling and find beautiful fish. Will stay again for sure!

I was placed in a room that overlooked the staff entrance so had the noise of them chatting on breaks and coming and going on their scooters so was a bit noisy. The phone in the room wasn’t connected, so just a prop I guess? The fridge defrosted and stopped working. They replaced this but with a European plug (using my only adaptor). Turns out that the plug port had blown so I had to lose some food and find another socket in the room (could not supply me with a replacement adaptor). The teaspoon was dirty and I had to ask to have a tv provided. The shower wouldn’t work hot. The pressure of the hot water wasn’t enough to keep the valve to feed the shower, open. On arrival I used the “luggage storage” which was just an area where everyone dumped their luggage (open plan next to reception) when I came back to check in, my rucksack wasn’t there. It was erroneously taken with another guests luggage. My passport and cash/cards were enclosed so luckily they managed to locate it. The hotel is a bit dilapidated and needs attention. Overall the staff are great and hard workers, the owner clearly lets the place down.

We had a very pleasant stay here. The location is excellent—right behind the beach and directly opposite a convenience shop, which was so handy. The room was clean and the pool area was lovely. However, two things really need to be improved. First, there should be a rule to ban smoking at the poolside, as the smell was unpleasant for non-smokers. Second, there were a lot of mosquitoes in the area; providing repellent or doing more frequent pest control would make a big difference. A great spot that could be perfect with a few changes! ---

Everything about this hotel is fabulous. Firstly the staff. All staff members are welcoming and friendly, but I want to express my appreciation to Paul and Gift. Paul is an amazing Muay Thai coach and helped as a lot and Gift is just amazing. Hotel Manager is awesome too. The room- Nice and big with a fantastic view of the ocean, really nice welcome birthday gifts of cake and wine and they were really yummy. The breakfast- really delicious made to order from a menu and also a buffet spread. Although the made to order is yummy it would be nice if they had daily specials as the menu doesn’t change. The pool and beach are amazing. I enjoyed it , especially the swim up bar. Location- love it. Really central but away from the noise. Everyone must stay here.

An excellent beachfront hotel located on Chaweng Noi's best quiet beach. We stayed in a deluxe room, which was spacious and featured a large balcony; ground-floor rooms come with a veranda. The nights are incredibly peaceful, with only the sound of birds singing. A small, odor-free stream runs nearby. Access to both the beach and the restaurant is convenient via a small bridge. A monitor lizard even makes its home in the stream! Breakfasts were somewhat basic and repetitive, though generally acceptable. The restaurant itself offers a fantastic ocean view. On the downside: the bathroom lacked a handheld shower, and there was no telephone in the room. On the plus side: the hotel boasts beautiful, well-maintained green grounds, a nice swimming pool, and a peaceful atmosphere. Bottled water is also provided. There's a Tops supermarket nearby, and a 7/11 is about a 10-minute walk away. However, there aren't many restaurants in the immediate vicinity, so we frequently had to walk or drive into Chaweng center. The Central Festival mall is approximately a 2km walk. It's a great option for families with children, and I highly recommend it.

This was my second LubD location. Right on the beach and just off the main street. Rooms are large and clean with good sound proofing. There is always something happening by the pool so it can get a bit loud.
