So, its the best hotel that I have ever visited.
1. Fantastic view of the sunset and Koh Samui from a high point
2. Very stylish interior and exterior, magnificent furniture and decorations made of wood
3.The service is top, the staff is very friendly
4.Beautiful hotel grounds with various entertainment options (billiards, sauna, yoga, etc.)
5. The hotel room is very spacious, clean and comfortable, with plenty of outlets, a projector for watching movies, a separate spa area and a great bathroom
6.Amazing massage for reasonable price, I felt better after it
7.Convenient opportunity to communicate with staff via messenger
8.Privacy
9. The pool is clean and large, with a bar right on the water.
Everything in this hotel is thought out to the smallest detail so that guests feel comfortable. For me, every day here was like a holiday, full of relaxation and beauty.
I'm really happy that we're visited this place
No problem, but as feedback from us, the food in the restaurant was a bit ”bland”, especially the fish, I would like a more intense taste. But healthy food lovers would like it :)
Thanks to Stefan and the whole hotel team, we will definitely come back🫶
We stayed here in April 2025. We moved to Lipa Noi from Chaweng Noi beach, as we were looking for a more rustic, village-like vibe.
A few days before check-in, we drove past the hotel. From the road, I must say, it looks quite unremarkable, and we started to doubt our choice. However, the hotel lived up to our expectations.
Excellent value for money.
We booked a villa with a small private pool. After researching all the hotels on the island, this was the best deal we found on Koh Samui for a private pool – couldn't find anything cheaper. Rooms in this category are located across the road from the main building, but this wasn't an issue at all.
The room was excellent: clean, quiet, and had everything we needed, including a new bathroom. It also featured a small private fenced-off area with its own sun loungers and umbrella, and a mini-pool with a waterfall and lighting. We definitely wished the pool was deeper; we're used to small pools, but not quite *this* shallow 😅. Still, it was perfectly fine for cooling off on a hot day.
The only downside in the room was the transparent ceiling in the bathroom, which made it very stuffy during the day.
When booking, we chose between this room and a Tropical villa with a mini-pool in the hotel's main area. If you value privacy, definitely book the villa across the road. Despite the lush greenery, all the pools in the Tropical villas are visible from the hotel pathways.
**Regarding the location:** This is where we truly fell in love with Koh Samui. It's a small village, but it has everything you need. Within walking distance of the hotel, there are several cafes and massage places, a currency exchange, and a 7/11 not far away. However, a scooter is still essential. The roads here are empty and very scenic. Not far, if you drive towards the pier, there's an excellent family-run cafe with very reasonable prices and delicious food.
The hotel has a compact, green property with small bridges and ponds with fish. There's also a large parking lot. The breakfasts were decent, and it was quiet and peaceful; there weren't many guests in April. There were always empty sun loungers on the beach and by the main pool, even though there weren't many to begin with. The massage service was a bit pricey; given the low number of guests, they could have offered a discount, which would have made us less inclined to look for massages elsewhere.
The beach itself is very quiet, with a narrow strip of light, clean, and soft sand – it's aesthetically pleasing for a stroll. However, the sea in April was not swimmable. It was shallow, with stagnant, warm, greenish water and a very silty bottom. I had read reviews, but I wasn't prepared for just *how* bad it was. In total, we only went into the sea once and didn't attempt it again.
The main pool was also boiling hot, so our mini-pool was a lifesaver.
This is a very nice Resort. The pool area is very nice and comfortable. The swimming pool faces to the apartments is very long so you can enjoy swimming. The gym is very nice, not too many machines, but from good quality. You need to consider for you stay several aspects: the pool area in the middle of the resort comes with an additional costs of minimum consumption which is quite expensive, at the other pool area you don’t have any laying possibilities so you should consider a room with pool access if you plan to often go swimming, the kids club is really just a very small room with some toys just for emergency when the whether is not so well. The beach is very small and not so nice. We would not recommend to stay there with small kids as there is nothing around you can not do so much with the kid. If you plan to travel as a couple definitely a recommendation if you’re flexible to move by grab or scooter. The staff is very very friendly. Not typically Thai friendly, but also very understanding and helpful. The breakfast is absolutely amazing. I think the best breakfast I ate in ages in a hotel and we do travel a lot.
Very Good

The hotel is on the first line with a small swimming pool with a direct view of the sea. Lipa Noi Beach is very good in January: no waves, quiet and calm. Life in this area of the island is slow, without many people))
The hotel itself consists of bungalow houses, which are worn out by time and guests, and possibly their absence during the pandemic.
If you need privacy, this is the place for you.
At that time, in order to catch the AirAsia intermodal transportation on the next day, a hotel was far away from the dock. I was pleasantly surprised and the hotel service was very good.
I originally booked a car on Taobao. From the hotel to the dock, I didn’t expect it to be quite expensive, and the car also started from the city. I needed to get up very early, so I rejected the Taobao car reservation.
1. The hotel probably knows that the people staying in his house are all the customers of AirAsia's vehicle and ship transportation, and they have provided us with a taxi. On the second day, I enthusiastically helped us carry our luggage. By the way, we were four adults, all with suitcases. It was a seven-seater car. We gave 300 baht to the hotel and sent it to the terminal one day in advance. We also gave 300 baht to the driver. Treasure cars are expensive. Taobao is estimated to cost around RMB 170. The hotel also packed breakfast for us, which was very touched.
2. The hotel's environmental service is very good, and it feels like a paradise, which is more peaceful than the city center, suitable for young couples to vacation;
3. The only disadvantage is that the surrounding area is too desolate and there are no shops;
4. The restaurant in the hotel is a bit expensive. When we checked in at noon, we ate in the restaurant. What we ate was not as good as in the center of Samui. It was expensive. Highly recommend a small stall next to the hotel, selling fish ball noodles, super delicious, only RMB 12, very full.
5. In the morning, the dog and the concierge came to pick us up.
The hotel is located on the beach of Li Pa Noi. The hotel is adjacent to the beach line, on the beach its own lying rooms from the hotel. There are showers, gamas, water entertainment (kayaki, sap). The hotel's separate villas are separated by a green natural fence, which helps to enjoy a good rest and privacy. The villas are comfortable. The pool is clean, deep, there is a children's area. It is convenient to have a relaxing area with sea view. There is a bar, a restaurant. Food is delicious, prices are normal. Service is warning, staff is polite, everything is done clearly. The sea is small, there are waterfalls.
Beach and sunshine. We stayed in one of the cabins, very beautiful too and a few steps from the beach. Attention to those who have light sleep, the sound isolation of the cabins is very bad, the birds are heard at night /insetos as if they were on the street.
A breakfast is not a buffet, it has a menu from which you choose a hot drink, a cold and a dish and it does not allow repeating.
To know the island, the ideal thing is to rent a motorcycle because the hotel is isolated.
690 meters from the beach :)
Some of the houses are on the water. A pond with water lilies and lilies
To check in, you need to go to the reception house
There is not always someone there
It is better to contact the owner in advance
He can order a taxi from the pier or the airport and rent bikes for 300 baht per day
The room is excellent, everything is clean and spacious
The bed is moderately hard
#Room Features# Each room has its own beautiful front and back yard, the room is big enough to echo!
#公空间# #酒店服务# This is the most cost-effective hotel I have ever stayed in! Very distinctive! A peaceful and beautiful paradise! Everyone is gentle, kind and courteous. The hotel has only ten rooms, but the yard is very large and the swimming pool is amazing! The beach restaurant is great! The waitress is beautiful and warm. The dishes are very delicious! Come to these hotels in Koh Samui, this beach hotel is the best! The price is also very cheap!
#WiFi# Each room has its own separate WiFi, the internet speed is very fast!

#设计style# The gardens on the beach are really beautiful, I can’t bear to go, I have to visit Samui again for this hotel

BBrian James DavisGreat stay in a more rural, laid back part of Koh Samui. We personally don't like the touristy strips that are evident in parts of the island, you know, lined with shops doing massage, tattoo, bar, generic Thai/western restaurant repeat. Hired a scooter and did some lovely exploring. Good swim/SUP spot too ( I enjoy long distance swims), awesome spots for sundowners and some nice local restaurants in the area. Our room was spacious, clean and had all the facilities I needed (kettle, A/C, safe, nice shower). I can't comment on the food as we didn't eat at the hotel but it seemed busy enough and it is a lovely location, right on the beach
SsiriuseagleThe location of the hotel is relatively biased, near Lipa Noi Pier and quite far away from the lively Chaweng Beach, but it is better than quiet, suitable for people who like pure leisure, or travelers who report a group to go out for a day trip every day. The decoration of the hotel is relatively old, but there is no problem with hygiene. The service attitude of all the staff is very good, the breakfast is buffet, there are freshly made egg rolls, scrambled eggs and omelettes.
บบัตเตอร์ฟลายมารายงานตัวThe accommodation is quite private, separated into houses, but there is no parking and the access is quite complicated. However, the room is clean, spacious, has a living room and separate bedroom. The amenities are set up for use and complete. It is suitable for the price.
