Great Swimming Pool - Amazing Poolside staff always smiling always helpful and amazingly friendly - Just lovely - All the th staff were just so so helpful smiling and genuinely lovely - But - Unfortunately the room I had overall was dirty and had really poor hygiene and cleanliness levels - The Bathroom and shower were disgusting - I very politely and nicely asked the hotel to clean the Shower and Bathroom Areas - They did but not to a great level and it was still quite dirty - Apart from the cleanliness of the Rooms - Overall and mainly due to the fabulous Smiling Staff the Hotel is a great choice and only 5 minutes walk to the beach and nearby Amenities 👌🏼🫶🏼💯....

This is my first time traveling alone...and I could not have chosen a better place! I went all out and booked a Sea Front Pool Villa...and it was so worth it. Most beautiful view. Absolute relaxing vibe. Friendly staff. Great breakfast. I literally stayed there (my room with a pool/restaurant/pool for all guests) for three nights. It was just too great to leave. A wonderful start to my solo travels. Wow! Just wow! I hope I can come here again in the future.

I often stay here. It has a great location and is very affordable. The rooms are spacious, the air conditioning is excellent, and it's always clean and tidy. The front desk staff are also very welcoming. On my last visit, the A/C in room 309 was quite noisy, sounding like a loose component. Despite that, I still consider it a good hotel overall.

Fast check in. Room available early. House keeping to the highest standards. Safe for children and kids club is one the was made with kids in mind first rather than an add on later. Much entertainment included, film nights with pop corn stands and buffets, neon disco, and buffet breakfast with a wide variety of international food and treats however, this list is not limited. Special requests were always met and exceeded my expectations. The location is directly on the strip of Fisherman’s Village, and close to CoCoTams where there is a fire show each night. To Chewang area, it is a 15 minute taxi/tactic ride. VIP taxi outside resort cost 500tbh (€6) for 1 adult and 1 child. Finally, the nights sleep was bliss. I wish I could have brought home the pillows.

Excellent base a little out of the way but they provide regular transport until 630pm to Chaweng town free of charge. Staff a very friendly and helpful and happy to sort any issue Beach across the road though a steep path down so not good if not sure of foot. One thing I learnt is how hard beds are and I mean hard in thailand which I wasn't aware of until we came and not good if you suffer with your back but we asked for an extra mattress topper which they were more than happy to sort and did straight away and it helped a little. Bedrooms were of a very good size cleaned daily if you wanted safe in room. Arrive early they will check you in and store your luggage then up to you what you do. Make use of the pool. Have something to eat in the pool bar. Take the free transport to the beach / town and have a wander arranging your pick up time. Late check out they do offer but bear in mind availability of it will depend on how booked they are for us they were fully booked but provided us access to the poolside shower room and towels for sitting by the pool and enjoying aswell as towels for our shower again storing our luggage so that wasn't with us by the pool. Overall a very pleasant stay very much enjoyed and for our 1st time visiting thailand perfect to be that little bit out of the way

Great resort, clean rooms, good amenities , good price! 2 pools , beach bar , nice restaurant Perfect location 👍🏻 right on the beach next to Lip smackers bar. Resort also has a good happy hour every evening with live music. We stayed there when it was raining and we were provided with huge umbrellas👍🏻 Definitely staying there again

Arrived to find that the room we booked wasn’t available as the air conditioning was broken. They made out that they had upgraded us but then took us next door to an old villa in a scruffy garden. We were only there for one night, had prepaid, and couldn’t find anywhere else so had but option but to stay. Room was ok. Had our included breakfast at a restaurant across the street. Was quite good. Went to sunbathe after breakfast. The sunbeds were soaking wet and had bird poo in them. The staff weren’t interested in cleaning and preparing the pool area for their guests. Wouldn’t stay again, scruffy hotel.

Nice and clean, comfy bungalows with modern styling bathroom with bathtub, sink and toilet with peekaboo windows from room, and outdoor shower with rack for hanging wet towels and swimming wear. Nice terrace with table and chairs to sit outside and enjoy fresh morning air, and lovely evenings. The staff is very friendly and the ladies in the restaurant were very gracious. The 3 tiered pools were lovely with gorgeous view.  The middle one needed some cleaning of leaves that blew down from the wind. The hot water filled only half the tub, but after waiting 15min the water heater was able to fill up the rest of the tub, which was enjoyable and worth the extra effort. Good value and comfortable.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Felt so warmth with their smiling face all the times. The strategic location makes it convenient for us to look for food.

We had a very pleasant stay here. The location is excellent—right behind the beach and directly opposite a convenience shop, which was so handy. The room was clean and the pool area was lovely. However, two things really need to be improved. First, there should be a rule to ban smoking at the poolside, as the smell was unpleasant for non-smokers. Second, there were a lot of mosquitoes in the area; providing repellent or doing more frequent pest control would make a big difference. A great spot that could be perfect with a few changes! ---
