Отель не тянет на 5 звезд. Но у него есть своя симпатичная территория, 2 бассейна, ресторан. Завтраки неплохие, много всего предлагается, но как-то без души, не очень вкусно. Хороший кофе при этом. Днем в баре невкусные коктейли (попробовали один раз Пина-коладу, второй раз не захотелось). Отличный прямой выход на пляж с лежаками. Пляж замечательный. Очень порадовало, что на пляже есть секьюрити, который помогает также раскрывать зонтики и устраиваться на лежаках. Также на пляже есть сотрудник с аптечкой, который обрабатывает ранки тем, кто в море порезался о кораллы, это очень мило (нам как раз понадобилась помощь). Из очевидных минусов - очень высокая слышимость в номерах. Нам попались шумные соседи, которые к тому же курили на балконе запрещенные растения (но в Тайланде они легализованы). У нас из-за этого очень плохо пахло в номере, и мы не могли спокойно отдыхать из-за шумных вечеринок. Из плюсов - когда мы обратились на ресепшен, нам дали ключ от другого номера, чтобы мы могли пойти туда и выспаться. Что мы и сделали. По уровню сервиса отель заслуживает 5 баллов, уборка на тройку, удобство номеров на тройку, завтраки на 4. В целом поставила бы четверку.

Great location and easily walkable to lamai market or to nearby cafes and shops. The live band from lamai market can be heard from the rooms so if you are a light sleeper this may be a problem. The floor manager goes around to check on guests during morning breakfast and we appreciated this gesture. The AC in our room was leaking and she immediately sent someone to check on it. It never got fixed as it kept leaking every night again but it was ok and we werent very bothered by it. The mattresses need a change asap as the depressions were too obvious. I would request also for better lighting or at least the option to brighten the lights should we wish in the room. The hallway resort lights were also too dim making it a little dangerous at night as there were many steep steps and curbs. For the accessibility and staff i would stay here again

Неплохой отель на 4*, вкусные завтраки, бассейны на уровне.
В номерах через дорогу несколько шумно из за ночного рынка рядом + есть проблемы с кондиционерами (старые, плохо работают).
На пляже огородили в море пространство, но купаться там невозможно, мелко очень, в соседних 50и метрах с морем все хорошо.

The hotel is good for young families. I went with my elderly parents, so it was difficult for them to move around, due to there being many steps everywhere.
The service staff is generally very good, and the food is good too.
Now for the areas of improvement:
1) On our first day at the beach, there was some miscommunication with a server. We asked for a drinks menu and it took him 20 mins to get it to us, so in the meantime, we decided what we want to get. When he finally came to us and we have him the order, he got upset that we didn't even look at the menu. After that, he got the order wrong. This wasn't entirely his fault, there was a genuine miscommunication, but again, he was very rude to my father about it. Then he started rolling his eyes and shaking his head at my dad. Who is 81 by the way. Luckily, the other days, we had different staff helping us and they were wonderful.
2) Housekeeping: Not the best. The room was quite dusty. Floor was quite sandy too.
Tip: Ask for sea facing rooms. The other rooms are a little darker and the ground floor rooms can occasionally have a drainage smell, as the drain system is right outside the room.

Friendly staff, nice serene place. Good atmosphere for relaxation. The bathtub on the balcony is awesome. We enjoyed it a lot!
