入住的時候給了個沒打掃好的房間，但是很快換好了，工作人員的服務態度都很好，環境也不錯，除了設施有點老舊（尤其是洗浴用具），幾乎都是白人，亞洲面孔很少，早餐嘛，哈哈哈，很健康，但是真的很一般啊，衹能説不難吃…… 總之呢，整體體驗還是很好的

It's close to the commercial district. The room is not very big and it's easy to get the wrong room. Ctrip helped us to communicate and negotiate to solve it. The deposit is 3000 and there are two swimming pools.

The location is very good. It is in the center of Chaweng, Samui. It takes only 10 minutes to walk from 7/11 to Samui Center Mall. There are restaurants, bars and horse racing all around. It is very convenient to travel. It is only 10 minutes drive from the airport. However, the hotel facilities are old. The rooms are not soundproof. I can't stand it. In the middle of the night, foreigners came back from high and talked in the corridor. It felt like they were in the room. There were only 2 bottles of free water in the room. It takes 2 weeks to return the deposit by credit card. Or you can deposit cash. The breakfast restaurant has a good view, but there is nothing delicious. The price is all spent on the location.

The staff there were excellent and very friendly. There were issues with day beds by the pool as people would leave their towels there all day, it needed more policing by staff. By the third day there were never any pool towels or day beds available. Cleaning of the rooms took most of the day which was annoying as they would knock in the afternoon when you were getting ready to go out. You weren't supposed to flush toilet paper down the toilet (so much for a 5 star resort). My friends room was infested with wasps, they sprayed the room however, you could not enter for 2 hours. It was expensive in comparison to other hotels where we have received 5 star service.
