We sliepen hier 4 nachten in 1 van de villa huisjes. Dat is ons enorm goed bevallen en we hebben heerlijk rustig geslapen en hadden nergens last van. De check-in verliep vriendelijk en snel en ook de scooters die we wilden huren (het zit toch wat afgelegen) werden snel geregeld. Het huisje was prima in orde met goed werkende airco, een iets te hard bed en een goede verduistering. De schoonmaak kon iets beter, maar het zijn slecht kleine details. Ontbijt vonden we erg goed. Alhoewel ik me kan voorstellen dat starttijd 08.00 uur wat aan de late kant is, hadden wij daar geen last van. Er word een vers ei of omelet voor je gemaakt en ook wafels horen tot de mogelijkheid. Er is toast en vers fruit en ook een Aziatisch ontbijt is er. Aan het zwembad bestelden we cocktails. Deze vonden we aan de dure kant. We wilden een iced latte bestellen maar dat kon niet. Verder vonden we het allemaal prima in orde en we werden ook weer zeer vriendelijk uitgecheckt en uitgezwaaid. Prijs/kwaliteit erg goed want we betaalden voor de villa maar €253 voor 4 nachten.

Wir haben das Hotel nur aufgrund der Tripadvisor Bewertungen gebucht und wurden absolut nicht enttäuscht. Da wir etwas abseits vom Trubel sein wollten, haben wir diese Unterkunft gewählt. Die Hotelangestellten waren alle super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstücksbuffet war klein aber fein. Es fehlte an nichts. Unser ca 44m² großes Zimmer war auch super schön und wurde täglich gereinigt. Auf "Sonderwünsche" wurde immer zu unserer vollen Zufriedenheit eingegangen. Sollte es uns wieder mal auf Samui verschlagen, wird dieses Hotel mit Sicherheit unsere erste Wahl sein! See you again!

Endroit et service exceptionnels! Grande chambre bien équipée avec terrasse (pratique quand il pleut…) Toute la famille Palm Coco est soucieuse de notre bien être, que ce soit pour l’aide, le confort, le petit déjeuner ou le restaurant. La grande piscine face à la mer (agréable quand la mer est trop basse) et la baie protégée par la barrière de corail donnent une vue magnifique! Un (nouveau) séjour de plusieurs semaines nous a, une fois encore, permis d’apprécier l’accueil, le sourire et la gentillesse de l’ensemble de l’équipe. Un grand merci à la Palm Coco Family!

Hotel molto tranquillo in bellissima posizione con la bella piscina proprio fronte spiaggia. La spiaggia soffre del fenomeno delle maree, che per noi è anche un pregio, scenograficamente è molto bella grazie agli scogli granitici che fanno da cornice. A bordo piscina ci sono comodi lettini usufruibili con i teli da spiaggia messi a disposizione dall'hotel. Lo staff è molto gentile e premuroso, dalla reception fino alle signore delle pulizie. Abbiamo soggiornato in una stanza al secondo piano con magnifica vista mare, stanza abbastanza grande con letto molto comodo grazie al materasso non eccessivamente morbido. Giardino molto curato che rende il contesto piacevole e rilassante. Serve però lo scooter o un'auto per potersi spostare facilmente, visto che le attrazioni e le spiagge dell'isola non possono essere facilmente visitate a piedi. Ottima la colazione con buona scelta tra dolce, salato e frutta. Suggeriamo però alla struttura di curare un po' di più la pulizia e l'igiene in particolare nelle camere, non arriviamo a 5 stelle per questa ragione. Dobbiamo poi fare un sentito ringraziamento, abbiamo dovuto accorciare il nostro soggiorno a causa di un grave problema familiare che ci ha obbligato rientrare in Italia in anticipo, non ci hanno fatto pagare le giornate che non abbiamo usufruito; non credo che sia una prassi che tutti gli hotel applicano, quindi grazie infinite. Per noi è consigliato.

First of all, we had the unpleasant experience of finding out that our room was not available and we would have to stay in another room for one night. The feeling that we had arrived in a place and could unpack and enjoy those days, we did not have. Moreover, the room we stayed in the first night, although they called it an upgrade, smelled bad and was dirty. Then the breakfast that starts at 08:00 and which is not even ready at this time, there are still foils on the food and you have to wait for the hotel staff to take pictures of the food before you can start, I don’t understand why. If you plan excursions, these usually start between 07:00 and 08:00 and so you have no way to enjoy breakfast, which is why out of 5 breakfasts I missed 3. In terms of cleanliness for a hotel with an exceptional rating, be it 2, 3 or 7 stars, there is space to improve. I liked the location because it has a more intimate beach. I also liked the staff at the bar and restaurant in the second part of the day, very nice. If I were to come back here on this island again, I would look first for another hotel, maybe there are better options.

Très bonne adresse, personnel féminin au petit soin, emplacement au calme loin de la cohue, les pieds dans l’eau. Piscine propre.Restaurations sur place. Nous avons pu attendre notre transfert à l’aéroport au bord de la piscine et nous changer avant de partir.

After 3 days in Bangkok we arrived in koh Samui to relax for a week ad so glad we chose this place, form the start the staff where so friendly and helpful, our room was not ready but they allowed us to change, have breakfast use the pool and relax until it was , we had a room ona high floor with stunning views of the beach and the sea, lovley room with a queen size bed , beautifully decorated and very welcoming,unlike what we just had in Bangkok. we ate fabulous meals cooked at the beach restaurant, had lovley cocktails and cold beers all served by the best staff, we loved it here if ever in koh Samui would not hesitate to return . thanks so much
