The resort is not in the center, you need a taxi or scooter. Everything is in front of the hotel, such as a laundry, motorbike rental, massage, ATM, 2 supermarkets, one small and one large, fresh shakes (10 min walk for 60 baht), restaurants, Thai, pizza, a Michelin-starred Thai restaurant, pasta, fish, several lady bars, karaoke, **** shop (extremely expensive rip-off). The hotel has a large pool, its own beach, beach bar, large green area, room service is ok, beds are nice and big and not too hard, balcony with table, food is ok but it is more authentic and cheaper outside. The majority of the guests are German and on long-term vacation.

Genuinely friendly staff with lots of smiles and service!
The location is a bit far from the center but accessible for good walkers (30 min) if you don't want to walk you also have everything nearby. Also a great restaurant of the resort itself. Or at the neighbors on the beach.
The accommodation is a bit outdated but clean and good enough.
The rooms are cleaned every day and you get towels and water every day.
The breakfast is extensive but after 9 am quite busy and here and there queues, you better go on time because it is a large resort with many guests.

Everything is great, breakfasts are excellent, the perfect restaurant is right on the shore of Chaweng, very quiet, gorgeous!
The only thing is, we took a bungalow on the first line (we booked it 2 months before the trip), and they settled us on the 2nd line - they said - we have bungalows all at the same price, in short, we were not very lucky with the view (expectations did not match reality), but there is something to compare with, after that we moved to a hotel in the middle of Chaweng, it is unrealistic to sleep there, it is noisy. Therefore, if you really want to relax your soul and body, you should come here! You should not expect any super amenities, these are essentially houses in Livadia) but on Samui!)
