The room was tidy, but the toilet had no window and smelled. The service was not very good. First, the airport pick-up was forgotten. After contacting, it took 40 minutes for the pick-up to arrive. Then the luggage was left at the front desk for a whole day. The luggages of other rooms were delivered, but ours was not (the difference in treatment was a bit serious). There were also few choices for breakfast.

This is a small and comfortable hotel and the staff are very kind . You can take your breakfast looking to the ocean meanwhile you enjoy the food and the atmosphere! Is not far way from the city downttown (1,5 km) with many options of bars and restaurants! We enjoyed a lot!

This resort is the best in terms of location, friendliness, and various services. You can rent kayaks, have a billiard table, and a gym, and you can use the shuttle to Central Samui. It is a great place in many ways. Also, the staff is very friendly.
